    So much has been happening in Russia lately, we have stories spread over many threads. Thanks to the great reporting coming out of Sochi from BG, and Gennadiy, we are inspired now to give Russia it's own well deserved thread. By that, I do not mean this is only about Sochi, for well after it is over, the research will continue on there.


    Yes, I know we have a Russian speaking thread, but that is little used, and exclusively for those speaking the language. Now with this dedicated English thread, we can consolidate all the various discussions, and stories into one. Or try to at least. :)


    May as well include Deneum, and Synthestech in any discussions, as it appears they are supporting much of the research taking place in the country. Where their business ends, and the pure research starts I do not know. Maybe we will find that out by the end of the conference? I already see some comments from BG, and videos from both he and Gennadiy, I will add, or transfer over. More to come.

    New video from BG summing up the 2nd day at Sochi. Highlights were that some there went on a tour of Synthestech. Then he went on to talk mostly about strange radiation. Said everyone there has observed it, and it is a real thing. One private group he is trying to get a follow up on, stopped working on their high power reactor because they were afraid of the effects. Then BG talked of theories on how to shield against; which basically is that thickness does not work, but layers do.


    A FYI; Storms reported his own sighting of strange radiation at ICCF21. Seems SR is making the rounds in LENR lately.

    Way more interesting was the sound cloud reound table audio. Mostly all present were claiming to have suffered from negative emananations of their reactors.

    Agreed to set up some working group maybe and make safety investigation first priority.

    They counted 5 groups in Russia producing lenr ashes.


    Looks like Synteztech guys got an ear of some people in higher ranks and they decided to come up with research roadmap to present to them.

    Yes, BG said that in the other video. They say emanations/emissions, and everyone else calls them strange radiation. Are they experiencing any ill effects (getting sick)? I thought BG said they believed Bazhutov may have been affected by them. For others here...Bazhutov died recently.

    You forgot to mention that strange radiation was shown to produce cancer, or was that non mention intentional?

    They agreed to call it emananations or effect as a general terms as they believe strange radiation is just a part of it.

    In one instace a researcher sitting one side to the reactor got darker skin on his face from the side exposed to the reactor. Doctors could tell excaclty what it was.

    Shishin referred that in one study rats exposed to 1.5 h long arc discharge of only 100w showed symptoms as if they were exposed to deadly amounts of radiation.

    Thank you for that. That is very, very important information to be shared with our LENR community. First time I have heard of anything like this, other than Nanospire.

    I think more info about those experiments would be needed to make sure that the negative health effect are due to unknown radiation. For example, arc discharge can produce fine particulate matter from the eroded electrodes, which I imagine would not be healthy to breathe.

    The main forum devoted to the issues of Cold Nuclear Fusion has opened in Sochi, Russia. The XXV Conference brought together Russian and foreign researchers and developers in the field of Cold Synthesis. The conference is held under the auspices of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, the Nuclear Community of Russia, Moscow State University. Lomonosov and the People's Friendship University of the Russian Federation. The program committee of the conference includes 7 doctors of physical and mathematical sciences and 7 candidates of technical, chemical and physical and mathematical sciences. 10 persons among them are academicians and corresponding members of RANS.

Klimov were invited to the laboratory of analysis of the substance “Synthestech”.

    During this visit, various analyzes of the substance of the research samples presented by Dr. A.I. Klimov and the candidate of physics-mathematical sciences A.G. Parkhomov. Important data on their samples were obtained.

    The conference participants highly appreciated the work and laboratory of “Synthestech” and were impressed by the depth, accuracy and speed of the analyzes performed.

    Physicists who visited “Synthestech”substance analysis laboratory highly appreciated both the technical equipment and the professionalism of the staff and also recognized that “Synthestech” project laboratory has no analogues and is the most equipped center for the development of Cold Synthesis in Russia.
