The problem is the data is not replicated ...there are too many isotopes ..too few measurers.. perhaps Wyttenbach with the help of other mathematicians
will come up with a method of accurately predicting "gamma" quantum quantised states and probabilities.
I think the 4D gamma states="orbits" of Wyttenbach are interesting..but also challenging
