They might just have the funding to go to the moon...perhaps.

Like for LENR, just a good experiment, with no ambiguity, reproduced by another respected lab, would be enough to get all VC run to him...
Problem is either it is not as reliable as claimed, or that it is so great that nobody want to share the data for reproduction...
Latest independent reproduction by Tajmar was a fiasco, that supporters blame of mistakes, and skeptics applaud as evidence of absence. I cannot cut.

I am quite sure, that this topic is completely covered. Mc Culloch even stopped to post about it

After getting NASA funding, thinks like LENR and EM drive are too small for Mc Culloch. He now armed himself with very potent formula that is E = mc2+ information, now sky, should I say horizon, is the only limit. Shut up and manipulate, manipulate, manipulate!

Their website seems to be down?

Alan Smith even better. If a projectile is launched towards you, you can create information horizon and essentially forget about it. Small demonstration by the author will be provided where swarm of wild bees will be used to simulate multiple projectiles.

Well, Shawyer has MoD money now. So governments are interested in what is actually a very dangerous technology if it can be made to work at high power. As to which governments, I believe USA, UK, Australia, Israel, China, maybe more.

During all these experiments you must be beware of the ionic wind. For the fun, I post you this video showing the wing through a “lifter”. The sparks are created by silk fibers made by spiders on this old lifter made ten years ago. The silk fibers are moisturized by water droplets produced by glycol vapor.
