Most of the ideas discussed above (from New Energy Power Systems) are being placed into a book planned to be published in November-December 2020.

The Answer Is E = mC exponent n, simple as V = IR! Calculate E for C' the speed of light through water, using the values 0.00000000001 for n and 0.00000000000000001 for m. Then you have Cold Fusion or LENR, which kicks ITER up the backside. I am sure Einstein And Sternglass would get the joke!!!! Which makes FTL space travel possible when n >>>> 2. Theoretically n ranges from 0 to infinity! Again TG can patent this if they want, I just don't care .

Speaking of Randolph R. Davis 2019 granted patents ...
>Electrolysis apparatus and electrodes and electrode material therefor
>An improved electrolysis system includes a cylindrical anode, a cylindrical cathode, a >cathode material including nanocrystalline particles, and an insulator disposed between the >anode and the cathode material to prevent contact between the anode and the cathode >material.
This configuration suggested that potential control is important.
such case parallel flat plate is by far better .
mechanism of cold fusion is
And Anode Cathode switching is needed.

Good comment, Nkodama. To follow up, the tiny spaces between consolidated metal particles are about the same. It would be difficult to have enough flat parallel surfaces in a volume to produce much energy. But, this is possible with the large number of spaces between micron-sized particles. More on this is in a new book, "Bridging the Gaps: An Anthology on Nuclear Cold Fusion."

Another way to zoom into poor behaving images: Right click on image, open the image in a new tab, then hold down Control while keying + or -.
Basically you want to open only the image. Then you can zoom to your hearts content.
To open ONLY the image you must paste the image location into a browser tab. Copy the image location into the URL bar.
When you left click on an image in this Forum a layer is drawn which interferes with zooming. You can see this by examining the URL. If it ends with anything other than an image file, then zooming will be problematic on this Forum.

New Book, "Bridging the Gaps: An Anthology on Nuclear Cold Fusion" is available on Amazon and Barnes and Noble.

The book posits several questions to the cold fusion/LENR community in the face of the global climate crisis. Will interested scientist now support focused engineering/systems development activities within their respective countries (rather than working independently)? We don't have the luxury of 32 more years of general basic research.

I mean that the space is the lattice space of T site. Not the space of spaces between micron-sized particleshttps://www.jstage.jst.go.jp/article/hamon/27/3/27_95/_pdf/-char/en
such space between micron-sized particle is so large and actually nano-particle has the larger surface area so the number of surface T site is larger.
we have the measurement of D in nano-particle with neutron diffraction.
Surface has the larger number of D than core region, and the surface T site has the D.
https://www.jstage.jst.go.jp/a…/27/3/27_95/_pdf/-char/en
Exceptional Hydrogen Absorption of Palladium Nanoparticles
This is because nano-roughness can be expanded easily due to the curvature of the surface as is shown in the below figure.
So the total number of surface T site can be larger with larger number of nano-roughness on the larger surface area.
and the D must be at proximity of the reaction surface and the reaction surface potential must be controlled to the positive.

BACKGROUND OF THE DISCLOSURE
1. Field of the Disclosure
The present disclosure relates generally to electrolysis systems that employ hydrogen and/or deuterium gas for practical production of useful quantities of heat for application to many challenging opportunities. More specifically, the present disclosure relates to improved materials, structures and methods for improving low energy nuclear reaction (LENR) systems. This invention specifically addresses the technical challenges of significant energy production in an industrially viable configuration.

This is the place Gregory. Surprised we missed this, if as say your search did not return a hit. These patents are hard to keep track of on a forum like this. It can become buried, and we too often find ourselves talking about something we already talked about.
Rob Woudenberg started a thread recently to try and address this problem. Hopefully new patent applications, and those granted, will from now on be reported there.

Trying to review and make sense of these many..
Mostly these citations(1989-2002) involve electrochemical cells at room temperature
little of contemporary LENR R&D deals with watery cells
results tended to be fickle ,hard to replicate after 20 years
after 2009 more and more R&D has focussed on gas(H2/D2)loading of
metal/metal oxide mixtures at elevated temperatures.
Gas loading started with Arata

Mostly these citations(1989-2002) involve electrochemical cells
All the citations (wet electrochemical cells) were made by the patent examiner.
As were stated experiments by Google.
Yet oddly, this patent and Google's patents are dry cells (gas loaded).
Two citations I have reviewed express positive results.
Anomalous Effects in Deuterated Systems.Excess power was measured in 28 out of 94 electrochemical experiments conducted using palladium or palladium alloy cathodes in heavy water. Reproducibility…apps.dtic.milAnd
Then there is cited this gas loaded work by
IWAMURA, et al., "Nuclear Products and Their Time Dependence Induced by Continuous Diffusion of Deuterium Through Multi-Layer Palladium Containing Low Work Function Material," May 21-26, 2000, 8th International Conference on Cold Fusion
I'm still studying the rest.
This citation I am having trouble locating...

Marathon Systems should be called 'Snicker's Systems' after the re-named chocolate bar! Everything under the Sun seems to have been patented now (lots of 'just in case it works in the future - syndrome'). And its all repetition, repetition, repetition. So whatever anybody says its all been done before and is all in the public domain.
