The responsible people I know do a seven day quarantine after the first RNA shot. But if you are younger than 45 the risk is anyway inexistent far lower (at least 10x) than from the mildest (H1N1) influenza. The risk of severe side effects from the Pfizer vaccine is 0.05% that is 50x higher than your risk from CoV-19 at an age below 45.
So a vaccination of people younger than 45 is a high risk game or simply said nonsense.

I doubt it was politics. Ultimately (I would think) the CEO approves important decisions for the hospital, but who knows what influences the decisions of the CEO behind the scenes.

As the video in Sam's link indicated, the lady in the coma at the hospital has now received her first dose of ivermectin. A physician from out of town, from another hospital, was permitted to travel the one hour to the hospital and administer the drug. I suppose he will have to return again soon to deliver a subsequent dose, because it seems clear the hospital isn't going to give it. I would like to know exactly what prohibits the hospital from doing it. Insurance company threat? Who knows.

Abstract
Antivirals are urgently needed to combat the global SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19 pandemic, supplement existing vaccine efforts, and target emerging SARS-CoV-2 variants of concern. Small molecules that interfere with binding of the viral spike receptor binding domain (RBD) to the host ACE2 receptor may be effective inhibitors of SARS-CoV-2 cell entry. Here we screened 512 pure compounds derived from natural products using a high-throughput RBD/ACE2 binding assay and identified (–)-hopeaphenol, a resveratrol tetramer, in addition to vatalbinoside A and vaticanol B, as potent and selective inhibitors of RBD/ACE2 binding and viral entry. For example, (–)-hopeaphenol disrupted RBD/ACE2 binding with a 50% inhibitory concentration (IC50) of 0.11 μM in contrast to an IC50 of 28.3 μM against the unrelated host ligand/receptor binding pair PD-1/PD-L1 (selectivity index = 257.3). When assessed against the USA-WA1/2020 variant, (–)-hopeaphenol also inhibited entry of a VSVΔG-GFP reporter pseudovirus expressing SARS-CoV-2 spike into ACE2-expressing Vero-E6 cells and in vitro replication of infectious virus in cytopathic effect assays (IC50 = 10.2 μM) without cytotoxicity. Notably, (–)- hopeaphenol also inhibited two emerging variants of concern originating from the United Kingdom (B.1.1.7) and South Africa (B.1.351) in both cytopathic effect and spike-containing pseudovirus assays with similar (B.1.1.7) or improved (B.1.351) efficacies over the USA- WA1/2020 variant. These results identify (–)-hopeaphenol and related stilbenoid analogues as potent and selective inhibitors of viral entry across multiple SARS-CoV-2 variants including those with increased infectivity and/or reduced susceptibility to existing vaccines.
Importance SARS-CoV-2 antivirals are needed to supplement existing vaccine efforts and target emerging viral variants with increased infectivity or reduced susceptibility to existing vaccines. Here we show that (–)-hopeaphenol, a naturally-occurring stilbenoid compound, in addition to its analogues vatalbinoside A and vaticanol B, inhibit SARS-CoV-2 by blocking the interaction of the viral spike protein with the cellular ACE2 entry receptor. Importantly, in addition to inhibiting the early USA-WA1/2020 SARS-CoV-2 variant, hopeaphenol also inhibits emerging variants of concern including B.1.1.7 (“United Kingdom variant”) and B.1.351 (“South Africa variant”), with improved efficacy against B.1.351. (–)-Hopeaphenol therefore represents a new antiviral lead against infection from multiple SARS-CoV-2 variants.

Abstract
Recently, two mRNA vaccines to severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) have become available, but there is also an emergence of SARS-CoV-2 variants with increased transmissibility and virulence. A major concern is whether the available vaccines will be equally effective against these variants. The vaccines are designed to induce an immune response against the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein, which is required for viral entry to host cells. Immunity to SARS-CoV-2 is often evaluated by antibody production, while less is known about the T-cell response. Here we developed, characterized, and implemented two standardized, functional assays to measure T-cell immunity to SARS-CoV-2 in uninfected, convalescent, and vaccinated individuals. We found that vaccinated individuals had robust T-cell responses to the wild type spike and nucleocapsid proteins, even more so than convalescent patients. We also found detectable but diminished T-cell responses to spike variants (B.1.1.7, B.1.351, and B.1.1.248) among vaccinated but otherwise healthy donors. Since decreases in antibody neutralization have also been observed with some variants, investigation into the T-cell response to these variants as an alternative means of viral control is imperative. Standardized measurements of T-cell responses to SARS-CoV-2 are feasible and can be easily adjusted to determine changes in response to variants.

If you are younger than 35 the risk to die from the vaccine is at least as high as dying from CoV-19. Only criminal doctors do vaccinate younger people with an RNA vaccine.
As said for all younger than age 65 the risk to die from CoV-19 is 10x smaller than from a flu. This is from real hard Swiss data I linked above. Just for your memory: 96.5% of all deaths are from people age >65! and 86 % of age > 75!
This data significantly changes for countries with a bad health system like India or Brazil. Even obese countries like US/UK show different mortality rates as do places with high air pollution.
To get real data you have to know that multiple studies show that for 1 PCR+ case - the ones you see in the official statistics - there are 3 more cases that show antibodies. So for normalizing you have to multiply the positive cases by a factor of 4.
