Your post contained a personal attack on Wyttenbach - referring to a matter which the team were already dealing with. But more importantly it prolonged an unpleasantness I hoped had been nipped in the bud, which was why it was edited. You are not a moderator, if you wish to make a complaint yourself please use the warn 'hammer' signal to do so privately and not clutter up the threads and prolong the pain.

    @Bruce_H,

You probably realize by now, there are two "camps" on LENR forum.... those "LENR faithful" and .... everybody else. I for one, no longer expect parity when it comes to handling derogatory posts, attitudes or even political mud slinging. If one is skeptical, they will be chastised much more quickly, without a doubt. Unpleasantness, political content, personal insult or conspiracy is regularly allowed to a few posters here.

Just look above at the graphics (unless you have blocked that poster like me) and other VERY personal juvenile posts RB repeatedly made (while refusing to answer about ME356 and others) and yet nary a word said to him. Yes, Wyttenbach and Rothwell both often demean or post very politically charged comments without rebuttal. RB's long running personal jabs at THH go unfettered.

Yet, if you are somewhat skeptical, your posts can be "moderated" much more quickly, even if they are much more polite or fact based than others.

I recognize and will openly state, that moderating a forum is not necessarily easy and certainly without much gratitude. One cannot please everyone. However, I will state that it is quite clear, that there is not an even handed dispensation of "wrist slapping" here! And to those very few that spout off so much, is probably why the more serious LENR researchers stay away. A serious researcher would not mind reading THH's crtiques, as they are polite and attempting to explain in a non-personal way his position. However, few serious researchers will put up with the often personal, often juvenile and conspiracy theory attacks that are regularly posted here by those select few.

I disagree with THH on some things, but do not mind debating him as he sticks with the subject and is impersonal. If it looks like an impasse, then I simply drop it.... Another poster on this site however, always resorts to personal attacks and cartoons when he cannot defend his stance.....(see above for proof) and yet this continual approach goes unfettered. So it seems fairly clear that moderation of posts are handled quite differently between the two "groups"!

Oh well... could be much worse.... look at ECW or JONP!

    • Official Post

And I would also point out that the team here probably do as much or more 'behind the scenes' moderation by means of PM's and emails to offenders and heroes than is ever visible in the forum. That is why we always ask people to use the ! warning sign to complain about a post rather than 'taking it to the street' by complaining in the offending thread itself. The forum is like an iceberg -there is much beneath, including a constant effort to be fair and several private threads in which we discuss important matters including moderation and member banning. We all have our weaknesses but we do try to moderate them.

  • Unfortunately it appears Desireless is another replicator that has discovered the high thermal conductivity of Hydrogen/Deuterium and confused it as excess heat. Desireless is measuring external reactor temperature with and without Deuterium for a constant input power and is interpreting increased external reactor temperature when Deuterium is introduced as excess heat. What it appears they are observing is just the high thermal conductivity of the Deuterium increasing the heat conduction to their measurement location. You need a calorimeter for these experiments or at the very least you have to be as meticulous as magicsound.

Strange, since he brought up that exact point a long time ago.

  • I would be surprised to see a full disclosure. Desireless also goes under the pseudonym me356, and JohnyFive as Alan S alluded to earlier. The storyline is the same with each: they claim success, and after stringing us along for a time, they are eventually challenged to show the raw data, and photos. Many promises and excuses later, they disappear.

We banned the avatars Desireless and JohnyFive to prevent confusion, but kept me356 active. He is more than welcome to show himself, and explain his latest "success".

His success is that there is now a new buzz about him on ECW and even LF.

  • Perhaps you are not familiar with U.S. politics. The pizzagate conspiracy theory has been circulated by leading politicians in the U.S. They accuse Hillary Clinton and others of kidnapping children from the basement of a building that has no basement, and sending them to Mars. Seriously, that is what they claim. In 2016 this led to a 28-year-old man coming into the pizza restaurant and shooting the place up with a rifle.

    See: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pizzagate_conspiracy_theory

By age 7 months a child should have the concept of object permanence. When you remove a toy from view by putting it behind your back, it still exists in the world. Object permanence. If you put a different toy in your hand and show it, the child will still wonder where the first object is.

If something immense is removed from view (an elite pedophile ring), and replaced by junk conspiracy (kids are sent to Mars), we must not lose sight of the first object.

Since I don't believe anyone on this forum is less than 7 months old, talking about junk conspiracy theories to discredit/avoid true data by well reputed journalists can only mean two things - you need to grow up or you don't want to talk about the true data.

Oh, I see. In other words there is something to the story about events in the basement of a building that does not have a basement. That is plausible. The part about Mars is not. Got it.

Remember object permanence - a small disputable fact put in front of us isn't going to make us forget nor eliminate a sizeable evidence of criminality.

Perhaps you haven't heard of a criminal network run by a man named Epstein, or the fact that the #2 conspirator in that affair is freely roaming the planet. As you will see by Liz Cronkin (journalist) here and at 59:15 Reality Check's Ben Swann talks about the big questions. Zeus46 Go watch the movie link its by Hollywood insiders, journalists, and ex-CIA. Those who don't look at the data and keep yammering on about conspiracies/tin foil hats signal to us all insincere intentions.

Navid - you are way OT here. [Note to rest - tin hats might blow off - be careful]

Modern Day Slavery (AKA Human Trafficking) is a serious issue throughout the world. Many of the slaves are under-age, and used for sex, hence it includes (usually) paedophilia. Epstein's business was a high profile example.

Although Epstein is now dead, it has not been removed from view.

On the contrary, US prosecutors (Geoffrey Berman) have been demanding to question Prince Andrew (who it seems will not willingly submit to this, while saying that he is cooperating). Trump's highly politicised new Attorney William Barr has just fired Berman, making this a current political hot potato.

Removed from view? In your dreams!

All people of good sense understand the moral peril and harm caused by MDS in its many forms, an that it plucks innocent children from their native countries and subjects them to sexually abusive slavery. It is appalling. And widespread. Nor is it surprising that the Epstein component of this - with its capacity to extremely embarras the UK Royal Family and therefore complicate US relations with the UK, should be the subject of a Trump attempted coverup.

Now - what does this have to do with Pizzagate - which was total fabrication, in no way related to Epstein, and actually promoted by Trump?

Your link shows Liz Crokin (not Cronkin) whinging that as soon as she started embracing a tin-hat conspiracy theory... the media started treating her as though she had departed from journalism, and started embracing a tin-hat conspiracy theory.

She claims that up till that point she was embraced by mainstream media. I looked her up:

    From Wikipedia

Crokin grew up in Glenview, Illinois and graduated from New Trier High School. She attended the University of Iowa studying political science and journalism. While there, she was an organizer for Students for Bush, a large organization supporting the George W. Bush 2000 presidential campaign. She later interned at the U.S. State Department during Bush's first term and for conservative pundit Bill O'Reilly's show The O'Reilly Factor on Fox News.[2]

Crokin began work in 2002 for the Chicago Tribune, before moving to their RedEye daily tabloid writing a column called "Liz in the Loop" (previously "Eye Contact") which covered celebrity news in the Chicago area. In 2010, Crokin moved to Los Angeles and began working as a freelance entertainment reporter for National Enquirer, Star, In Touch Weekly, US Weekly where she focused on celebrity breakups. Crokin returned to Chicago in 2012 to work for Splash, a Chicago Sun-Times publication at the time, writing a column called "LA LA Liz".[2]

In September 2012, Crokin developed a viral form of meningitis which progressed into meningoencephalitis and caused daily migraines, vertigo, and photophobia resulting from brain damage. Her health problems resulted in a loss of work, including being laid off in 2013 by American Media Inc., parent company of Star and National Enquirer. Crokin and others had previously accused AMI content officer Dylan Howard of sexual harassment, and has suggested that the layoffs were done in retaliation.[3][2] Crokin's column in Splash ended in February 2014.[2]

Hardly a ground-breaking fact-based investigative journalist? rather she used to be an entertainment reporter, alas no longer working (since 2013) for health reasons, but subsequently a novelist. The Pizzagate fabrications were well after that.

  • As you will see by Liz Cronkin (journalist) here and at 59:15 Reality Check's Ben Swann talks about the big questions.

Liz Crokin? Reputable source for sure:

Crokin is a major promoter of both the Pizzagate conspiracy theory, which accuses Hillary Clinton and other prominent Democrats of running a child sex ring out of a D.C. pizza parlor; and it’s even more lurid offshoot QAnon.

Crokin is particularly devoted to QAnon, appearing on the livestreams and podcasts of QAnon promoters, selling Q-branded merchandise, and declaring at one point in 2019 that Jeffrey Epstein’s arrest was “just the beginning” of the conspiracy theory’s supposed sweeping up of deep state child abusers, known in Q circles as “The Storm.”

Crokin has delved into every major theory of the last five years, with a particular emphasis on celebrities. Among Crokin’s most lurid allegations are:

    • Republicans actually won the 2018 midterm elections in a “red tsunami,” but allowed Democrats to think they won so their fraud could be exposed.
    • God caused a mudslide to destroy Oprah Winfrey’s California home as revenge for Oprah criticizing President Trump.
    • Hillary Clinton put a witch’s curse on her, causing Crokin to lose several fingers in a 2018 surfing accident (though Crokin sued the surf shop whose board she was holding when the accident took place.)
    • Thousands of pedophiles have secretly been arrested by the Trump Administration, but the media won’t cover it because they’re also pedophiles.
    • Barack Obama worships Satan and is a sex trafficker.
    • The 2019 college admissions scandal was actually a QAnon plan to “prepare the public” for the news that their favorite Hollywood celebrities “eat babies.”
    • Jeffrey Epstein was assassinated in prisonon the orders of the Clinton family.
    • Tom Hanks will soon be arrested for his role in a Satanic child sex cult.
    • Celebrities are contracting coronavirusthrough a tainted supply of “adrenochrome,” the supposed wonder drug extracted from the glands of frightened children.
    • The coronavirus pandemic is a hoax and the U.S. is full of empty hospitals because so few people actually have it.

She's a "journalist" in the same way Alex Jones is "head of a news network".

  • Now - what does this have to do with Pizzagate - which was total fabrication, in no way related to Epstein, and actually promoted by Trump?

An interesting mix of fact and ad hominem attack. Fact: I'm glad you conceded an international criminal network and the need for investigation beyond a "lone wolf" theory of Epstein.

Ad Hominem attack: Putting allusions to the credibility of Liz Cronkin - who OF COURSE - is going to be attacked by MSM. The fact that is we have no investigation, which is what we would have given the power of these people. Go read the emails, look at the video, there is no doubt something like this "club" exists and society has a right to investigate - it hasn't. It ties into Gloria Vanderbilt (CIA operative) and Anderson Cooper (ex-CIA) so no, this won't get on CNN. But somehow, you disagree with Reality Check's Ben Schwann who said we need an investigation, but you think it is a Trump fabrication --- interesting divergence --- watch the video there is too much evidence of criminality here - sorry.

  • We have object permanence -we've seen countless evidence of criminality. An anonymous guy named Zeus46 spinning a story about Cronkin being deranged and fabricating things just ain't going to work to make us forget the evidence. You should demand investigation not attack the messenger. If Liz talks about the occult (spirit cookers) it is because they do it, not her. Somehow Hollywood and other elite loves to engage in the occult. As a reminder even when opening the Gotthard tunnel - a great engineering feat -they whipped up a devil's ceremony as a celebration with 600 actors showing how the devil will enslave mankind.
