    Cat Drugs May Fight Coronavirus, Says New Study

    The drugs are called dipeptide-based protein inhibitors and named GC376 and GC373. They block the reproduction of the feline enteric coronavirus that causes peritonitis in cats.


    “GC373 and GC376 are potent inhibitors of SARS-CoV-2 replication in cell culture,”

    The researchers from the University of Alberta suggested that these drugs could be used to slow down or even halt the progression of the COVID-19 in humans

    This is now a case where we have no in vivo (human) test results. So it will take a long road to test it. But also a Swiss company is work with Peptides as anti CoV-19 medication. Could be that they have some info about human toxicology etc..

    In the seventies/eighties of the last century dying cancer patient were willing to try anything. So if they hurry they can find some willing fast track testers...

    I think the conspiracy theory goes something like: rich people (Gates) get richer selling vaccines, and have an evil master plan to engineer an epidemic (COVID) so that

    (a) vaccines are needed

    (b) the human immune system is weakened by all those nasty vaccines and so future plandemics, and necessary vaccines, are all more likely.


    Rather the same idea as a drug pusher.


    It beggars belief that anyone would believe this stuff but its seems many (some even here) do.

    In Switzerland (& most western countries..) almost all of the so called medicine experts dine together at the Rotary table. Rotary is about helping each other making more cash. Thus all decisions are not based on medical priorities. These are strictly business.

    Here (Switzerland) these corrupt folks force us to wear masks despite we see no increase in deaths/ICU cases. All just business to scare people and make them willing to welcome follow-up actions.

    It's a good sign if the corona cases slightly increase without producing really sick people. This will allow us to develop the well needed natural immunity. Exactly this is what these folks don't want to see.

    Testing everybody each day is quite costly and will not work except for very rich people.... (You also can carry the virus silently, in to low concentration - same for antibodies) In fact it is useless - here in Switzerland - as the flue now is more dangerous and you should do the same for the flu or even the common corona that also kills people.

    Again only tested in vitro with cancer! cell lines but with some already tested substances that are not very cheap...


    This approach, in my opinion, is a brute force approach as it does not touch the virus just the replication. So if you stop therapy (drug intake) the show goes on like in most cancer cases. The best way for a true therapy in my opinion is the blockage of a single virus component (as Ivermectin does) in the virus replication that finally produces a crippled virus and kills the host cell what is crucial!!

Something like that could be administered to every school child a few times a week, or to medical workers every day. I do not see any point to testing everyone every day.

    . . . Tests, however, can reduce the number of people who need to be isolated — and only for as long as they are shown to be infected.     That much diagnostic testing is not feasible, given the costs and logistics, as well as the likelihood that some would refuse to comply.


    So it makes sense to modulate the strategy by testing those who are at greatest risk of infection, and those who are most likely to spread the virus if they become infected.


    We can make well-informed predictions about those who should be given priority. Most obviously, testing is essential for those who are known to have been significantly exposed to an infected person, as determined by “contact tracing.” But testing is also important for those who have been or will soon be mixing with large groups in close quarters at work; entering the schools and colleges that are now reopening; and attending public events like concerts and sports matches.


    The financial and other practical demands of widespread testing can be lowered by making rational decisions about the optimal times for performing the tests — a few days after being in contact with an infected person, for instance, or just before congregating with many others.


    The logistics and costs can be further reduced by simplifying the tests — using saliva samples collected at home, rather than uncomfortable nasal swabs that require trained personnel at specific locations; or by using so-called antigen tests, a cheap and rapid method to look for viral proteins, rather than expensive laboratory machines to find viral RNA. Even if these tests are a bit less accurate, their lower cost, higher speed and more frequent use make up for it. . . .

    Or just do it like Switzerland did it at the beginning just test people with real symptoms. Now they generate money for Roche etc. by 30x excess testing what costs > 1mio/day. Good for the share holders...

    I meant in the U.S. and other first world nations. The cost would be far less than the cost of the pandemic, and the economic crisis. Also note I said: "Something like that could be administered to every school child a few times a week, or to medical workers every day." Even if that were done for the entire world population, it would not be 4 billion tests a week. School children, medical workers, elderly people in nursing homes and other vulnerable groups are only a small fraction of the total population. Not 4 billion out of 7.6 billion.


    The cost would also rapidly decline, as the pandemic subsided and the number of people who need to be tested decreases.

    We all hope this! But we have to convince the corrupt leaders that the money laundering game (excess testing) has to be stopped.


    Even the USA is now on the Sweden track with the exception that doctors still kill patients ordered by crazy mafia guys that rule big pharma! The problem with USA is the high number of potential victims, what will make the slowdown lasting much longer than for Sweden.

    In Germany/Switzerland the so called second wave among the younger is now declining and did show no real increase in deaths/ICU. This - a second wave - the USA will face too if they force to many restrictions.
