To answer your objection about Ni62, Rossi's first objective was to produce reliable and relatively tunable KWs in order to get money and be able to continue his research, which P&F, MFMP, didn't succeed, Parkhomov and now Mizuno anymore.
The only work worthy of interest currently came from Japanese powders and Matt Trevithick (Google) has well understood this, believe me.
To be back to your objection about Ni62, if 25 grs of this are capable of producing 5000W then an ordinary nickel which contains only 5% of Ni62 should produce only 250W or 10W for 1gr of powder.
You should know that the best Takahashi japanese powder produces only 0.25 W / gr so 40X less!
The Ecat step 2 uses ordinary nickel but adds lithium-based spacers to find the XH through them.

Ici, je partage à tous ma compréhension de Ecat 2011 NIH.
Concernant le cas de Rossi, on peut traiter son "folklore" mais certains s'en sortent mieux que moi pour ça.
Cependant, je suppose qu'il n'a jamais menti délibérément mais surtout par omission, mais je peux me tromper.
De mon côté, je n'ai fait enquête que par rapport à ses trucs techniques, rapports, etc.
Ce que je comprends, il a utilisé 2 catalyseurs à la fois, un catalyseur de réaction de changement de gaz d'eau à la fois avec l'inverse pour faire un circuit en boucle aidé par la convection de chaleur générée par la différence de température.
Ainsi, vous pouvez voir toutes les explications dans le document ci-joint.
Ses additifs étaient donc ces 2 catalyseurs avec principalement du cuivre puis le second est composé principalement de fer.
Le catalyseur secret est du CO2 mélangé avec du H2 (Syngas).

The former is active when it's reduced to the metallic form and becomes pyrophoric; the latter is active when it's reduced to magnetite (Fe3O4) and not as metallic Fe or hematite.
