Nuclear Resonance Reactors

  • The PERLE nuclear attack submarine was completely destroyed by a fire in Toulon military harbour (France) this morning. Contrary to the declarations of the Minister of Defense, the core was in process of decharching/recharging with 22% enriched fuel and many of the nuclear torpedoes as well as the cruise missiles were in their racks and in their silos, with the exception of a few units withdrawn for decommissioning or maintenance .

The submarine which is now a radioactive wreck also contained several ion-exchange resin containers saturated with radioelements. We are still awaiting the official classification of this disaster on the IAEA scale.

Nothing to really worry about seen yet in i.e. German speaking media.?!

According to above media article in Spiegel.online there "...have been no weapons nor radioactive fuel on board the vessel... "

fabrice DAVID Can you really confirm that you have other alarming info than currently spread by main stream media

  • A bit curious on the literature available on so called resonant nuclear reactions. Is this another name for high energy electromagnetically mediated atomic reactions? An illusion towards resonant energy transfers and median distances?

  • With a lot of humor, the usually well-informed site "BLASTING NEWS" notes:

"All the French daily newspapers made the" COVER "with this case of fire in a nuclear submarine, placing in the background the fight against organized crime in Lyon or the situation of prostitution in the city of Grenoble. "

(No television news has told you about this disaster, and the newspapers have been content with reassuring news. Only LE CANARD ENCHAINE ("The Handcuffed duck", a famous investigation journalism newspaper since one century.) to be published tomorrow has done a little investigative work.)

This is the first time that a nuclear submarine has been destroyed on the quay in the middle of a big city.

The French authorities wanted to be reassuring, but their discourse evolves, as after Chernobyl and after Fukushima: Two days ago, the Minister for the Armies affirmed that there was no risk due to nuclear weapons and fuel ( Regarding FUEL, this is normal, since the fire hit the area where the tactical missiles and torpedoes are stored, but not the middle of the ship, area where the nuclear reactor is located. The torpedoes are extracted for revision each time passage in the harbor, which is not the case for tactical missiles, which are sealed in the expulsion containers for technical reasons.)

Today, change of speech: "No nuclear risk is to be feared, DUE TO THE FUEL from the submarine," Defense Minister Florence Parly told French national media.

At this stage, no one is able to explain the origins of this spectacular fire at the heart of the naval base. The primers of thermonuclear weapons are designed to disperse plutonium in the event of fire or destruction of the weapon by enemy fire, but it is extremely difficult to detect the plutonium "Extra Weapon Grade" used in submarines . It emits only alpha particles of about 5 MeV, with no gamma rays, and therefore cannot be detected by Geiger counters or detectors of a common model. This extremely pure plutonium-239 is produced in a liquid/liquid extraction loop in the navy's secret “Reactor d'Essais à Terre”, located in Cadarache, next to the future international thermonuclear reactor ITER. Plutonium of this type is also produced in the center of Valduc. The secret center of Valduc was the place of the first international conference on cold fusion with Julian Schwinger under the aegis of French Atomic Commission, in 1989.

There is a strong need to replace the classical noisy nuclear reactors in subs by cold fusion diodes stealth reactors.

  • There is a strong need to replace the classical noisy nuclear reactors in subs by cold fusion stealth reactors.

I don't think so.... Actually there is no need for nuclear subs on this planet. It is a waste of resources.

There are millions of others things what CF can be used for to positivley influence human development.

But I am not naive, at the end the military will get it. Now, the question is which nation will win the race.

    I bet on China!
