CleanHME: new EU-funded LENR research project

  • Do we all agree now that ultra dense hydrogen Rydberg matter formation is an essential primary first step in LENR? Or don't we? That is the question here. Simple enough and no philosophy is involved - just science.

A step of science in bonding could be a new step in understanding cold fusing metals gases or prepared materials "dusts" for bonding will take some time.

    Lota steps..

Nanoparticle formation in nanoporous structures and applications

"In this paper we have reviewed several experiments demonstrating our ability in managing alkali nanoparticles: the typical environment is a nanoporous material, where it becomes possible a tight confinement of atoms. The key tool for inducing the formation of macroscopic nanostructure densities is the desorption of atoms sitting on the surface, as obtained by interaction with photons in the green/blue/violet region of the visible range. We have explored both porous glasses and porous alumina."

Prochain colloque Réactions Nucléaires à Basse Énergie RNBE 2020

    Jacques Ruer

    01/10/2020

    https://www.sfsnmc.org/index.p…0/soumettre-votre-resume/

    Jacques Ruer

    Président SFSNMC

Next colloquium Nuclear Reactions at Low Energy RNBE 2020 Jacques Ruer 01/10/2020 As already announced the 2020 edition of the biannual colloquium of the SFSNMC will be held on Saturday, November 21 Initially planned in Paris, the current evolution of the pandemic has led us to make the decision to organize this day in the form of a videoconference. We waited before making this decision with some regret because it is obvious that we would have preferred to have the pleasure of all meeting in the same place to exchange our ideas and reflections face to face. The delay will shorten the time available to register as a participant, to submit your abstract, to prepare your presentation. We are counting on your collaboration. To date we have already received 8 presentation proposals. There is still the possibility of adding a very small number. If you wish to make a presentation, you are invited to let it know very quickly thanks to the dedicated page of our site: https://www.sfsnmc.org/index.p…0/soumettre-votre-resume/ The website http : //www.sfsnmc.org has been updated to introduce the registration form. See the bottom of the home page. We would like to thank the volunteers in charge of maintaining the site. All members up to date with their 2020 membership fee will be able to register at no additional cost which will allow them to receive electronic links to participate in the conference. It should be noted that a virtual meeting is significantly less expensive than a face-to-face meeting and that no one has to travel. However, if some people are embarrassed by these registration fees I invite them to contact me personally. A videoconference requires organization on the part of all participants. We are now preparing for this event so that this day may go well. It is likely that not everyone has a high-speed internet connection. Therefore, we are going to define a modus operandi that will hopefully not leave anyone out. We will provide registered participants with the necessary information in mid-October. We hope you will understand the reasons which lead us to organize RBNE 2020 in the form of a videoconference. This format makes it possible to break down all the reluctance linked to transport and staying in a populated area. We hope to have the pleasure of counting many of you on this day. We will be able to discuss the many recent advances in our field. Yours faithfully Jacques Ruer President SFSNMC

I think it is not so much 'old fashioned' as timid. The finders - both private and state -only want to invest in 'safe bets' - anything too unorthodox just scares them off. As a result of this, experimenters are very timid too, they stick to the most proven methods, tend to get the same results, and consequently the science does not advance.

  • If you throw in the "enthusiast" group science is really endangered - I would like to force the last ones to follow an undegraduate course of lab measures banning virtual particles, neutrons and neutrinos - that is to say banning any metaphysical escape in the un-measurable field of dreams. I suspect mesons and pions, too, but for other reasons. I strong suspect superwaves, heat waves and Brillouin scattering. Phonons up-conversion is borderline and too much laser-theoretician alike. I am agnostic about magnetic and spin related questions. Massive, plutonic transmutations are a joke. Not a joke and interesting a set of rare nuclear phenomena and iteractions at the mesoscale level in condensed matter, not recognized and/or appreciated from the current vulgata.

So you are certain that science already knows all what there is? No room for surprises?
