    Dear colleagues!

The 26th Russian Conference on Cold Transmutation of Nuclei and on Ball Lightning (RCCTN&BL-26) will be held from September 28 to October 2, 2020.

    Conference theme:

    1. Experimental study in the field of Cold Transmutation of chemical elements Nuclei (CTN) and Ball Lightning (BL).

    2. Theoretical models of CTN and BL.

    3. Prospects for practical applications of CTN and BL.

    4. Theoretical, experimental and applied studies of the interaction of electromagnetic field and substance.

The conference will be held on the Internet through the system of ZOOM without personal presence and without an organizational contribution.

You must submit an application for a presentation until September 15, 2020. It must include your full name, organization, e-mail, thesis of the report (no more than 1 page in Russian or English). If the report is not scheduled, you can apply by September 25.

Participants will receive a letter with the conference program and the talking points of the reports by September 26, 2020. On the days of the conference, all participants will receive a letter at 11 Moscow time to connect to the conference meeting for the current day. Presentations will be held in two sessions: morning from 12 to 14 hours, evening - from 16 to 18 hours. Every day from 20 hours will be "round table".

The reports discussed at the conference will be published. The timing of the full text of the report for publication will be announced after the conference.

Here are the addresses for submitting a member's application or application for a performance.

Mechanism of formation and physical-chemical properties of "dark hydrogen"

    D. S. Baranov, V. N. Zatelepin

    INLIS laboratory, [email protected]

The results of a series of experiments for a spark discharge with a voltage of 20-15 kV in a water-air

flow are presented. Hard x-ray radiation of 260 ± 30 keV was registered in the vicinity of a spark

electric discharge. The difference between this experiment is that the correlation of the x-ray signal

with the appearance of an electromagnetic signal during a spark breakdown of the medium is

registered. Soft x-ray quanta of 28 keV, 9 keV, and 4 keV were recorded in the same experiments.

Experiments confirm theoretical ideas about the properties of "dark hydrogen" and the Barut ion. The

Baruth ion is a structure whose formation precedes the formation of "dark hydrogen".

The paper theoretically considers the unique physical and chemical properties of "dark hydrogen", in

particular the ability to form bound States with the surrounding atomic matter.

Traces on CD, similar to craters and tracks during discharge in water-air environment, formed when

CD is placed in the stream of products of combustion of hydrocarbon fuels, are registered. This allows

us to conclude that it is possible that "dark hydrogen" is formed not only in discharges in a hydrogencontaining

medium, but also in other electro-chemical processes.

I think BobG is preparing presentations for that conference, and he will also pay attention to this. Russian experiments and theories are much more exotic but more inline with Ken Shoulders ideas.
