I'd recommend to use Pd/Ni mesh, not flat electrode, use diluted neutral palladium/nickel solution, conductivity should be enhanced with lithium/potassium ions, never sodium, which kills LENR, pulsed current, good stirring and cooling. Use sulphate or carbonate - not chloride counteranion, anode ought be fully inert (platinum) and chlorine would dissolve it. Place strong magnet behind electrodes.
