    Electric current is not the movement of "electric charges". Electric current is the movement of "photon mass" or "ethereal mass" by free electrons, which practically "stand" in an electrical conductor - electrons stand and pump MASS - the speed of mass movement is close to the speed of light ... The ammeter measures the "amount of mass moved" - this is the physical meaning of the unit of current is "ampere" ...
