    Webinar #2 of the autumn-winter 2022 session of the Klimov-Zatelepin seminar was held on November 16, 2022 (Wednesday) from 18:00 to 20:00 Moscow time.

    By analogy with the abbreviation HME (Metal - Hydrogen Energy), the author introduced the term HSE (Hydrogen-Carbon Energy) .

    This report is devoted to the development of the ideas outlined by the author in his work “Do we know how to properly burn hydrocarbons?” , published by the REGNUM publishing house several years ago.

    The report presents an analysis of new experimental results obtained using an erosive pulsed hydrocarbon plasmatron (Avramenko generator). The emphasis in the presentation is on the analysis of transmuted chemical elements in erosive plasma and possible mechanisms of their occurrence.

    The obtained results are compared with those previously obtained in experiments with Omasa gas.
