LENR is a quantum system that acts in a state of superposition. When such a system produces energy, that energy is not resolved until the state of superposition has terminated. This quantum behavior is the reason why transmutation can occur in LENR without the appearance of any energy production associated with that transmutation. Energy in LENR only appears when the system terminates. This point of termination is when the energy content stored in the system is released to the far field.

For example, in the VEGA experiment massive transmutation occurs but energy only appears when the EVO explodes in a flash of light. While the EVO grows, it is producing transmutation but the energy produced by that transmutation is not apparent or perceives or measurable or occurs or exists until the EVO terminates in an exposition that occurs when the EVO becomes unstable.

While superposition is in force within the EVO, no energy production exists even as the EVO grows in size and power.

Ultra dense water exists in the cores of planets. This type of water is superconducting and as such will support the overunity reaction. It is clear that many of the planets and asteroids produce more energy that they receive from the Sun. Pluto is an example. It has a liquid ocean and water cryovolcanoes. Pressure based superconductors: Hydride superconductors are now formed by subjecting Hydrides to high pressures. But it is currently believed in the cold fusion community that fusion of hydrogen into helium is produced by the application of high pressure by lattice compression within lattice nanocavities.

But long before the amount of pressure to produce fusion is reached, a hydrifde based superconductor would have been generated in these lattice nanocavities. This superconductive hydride generation phase is the initial step of the overunity reaction in a lattice. The superconductor provides and optical cavity in which a polariton Bose condensate will form.

As hydrogen loading occurs in a lattice, the electrical surface resistance will drop as bubbles of hydride based superconductors form on the surface of the lattice. Francesco Celani as observed this behavior in his experiments with constantan wire.

Barry Mead posted the following comment regarding the work of Garett Moddel who claims that energy can be directly harvested from the vacuum using specially designed diodes that employ the Casimir effect.

There is a vacuum based process called vacuum decay that affects the nature of all matter that is exposed to it. This decay process is what has caused the reactors that Rossi has been inventing over all these years to eventually fail. This decay process is how the EVO produces transmutation and strange radiation tracks.

The removal of energy from the vacuum using the new Moddel device may change the nature of the vacuum into a bubble of false vacuum or an EVO. This new state of the vacuum can produce an EVO or a bubble of false vacuum which eats away and corrodes the structure of the Moddel device via a false vacuum.

All "LENR" reactors will eventually fail because of the disruptive corrosion that vacuum decay produces. Rossi has solved this problem by using a plasma design where the transmutation produced by the EVOs is confined to the center of the vacuum and occurs only in the plasma and not in the structure of his reactor.

When the Moddel device removes vacuum energy from the vacuum, this removal of energy from the vacuum changes the structure of the energy potential of the vacuum so that it now demonstrates a compound vacuum potential that has a new compound lower potential bottom. This new bottom is called a false vacuum. See how a false vacuum produces vacuum decay as follows:

Note on the video: tunneling is not required to access the lower vacuum energy state or false vacuum because the vacuum energy barrier is removed by the extraction of vacuum energy by the NEW Meddel device. You can called the EVO the death bubble as in the video, but luckily for our universe, the EVO is unstable and will eventually explode.
