George Egely's Magic Wand

  • So no documentary evidence, but you think someone once said it

I don't think someone said it, I watched it being said in one of the 500+ hours of video on the Martin Fleischmann Memorial Project Youtube Channel, and probably the source was mentioned there. The specific comment about the Wardenclyffe was that (even if Tesla did not know why, or suspected why), it produced microscopic iron rich spheres. This, obviously unintended phenomena, was related with the Wardenclyffe being a producer of EVOs, again, wether if Tesla was aware of it or not.

I certainly Hope to see LENR helping humans to blossom, and I'm here to help it happen.

  • On a second thought I now kind of remember the context of the comment, and it was around another conversation of a very controversial topic, which I prefer to not touch in here.

Iron rich spheres with a set of very well defined characteristics and a range of sizes have been found in many places and related to certain controversial events, even historic events, and Bob Greenyer has also observed them in many LENR experimental instances. From there he draws the affirmation that Tesla, even if unbeknownst to him, was producing EVOs. As EVOs (which are a range of related phenomena, and have several denominations following who has found them and researched them) are the underlying phenomena of what is best known as LENR, then Tesla's devices were also manifesting some degree of LENR, even if not intended, and also largely unacknowledged unless one takes a closer look.

What Bob says, and I have to say that, after taking the time to look at a part of the evidence put together by him, I am inclined to agree, is that EVOs are also an ubiquitous phenomena, and that even living organisms produce them and make use of them. Is a part of Nature that is essential to explain how the Universe works, but we largely ignore it because our current models are completely blind to this phenomena.

I certainly Hope to see LENR helping humans to blossom, and I'm here to help it happen.

  • I stayed onine for 2 hours of a 3.5 hour mfmp livestream, the other week. It was like watching a kitten chase a red laser dot around the floor.

Unfortunately, the presenter treated mysterious artifacts, sourced from a notorious practical joker, as evidence.

And after 2 hours I gave up, as the presentation had clearly drifted into classic Apophenia territory :(

I'm sorry, but although there may be some useful data inside that 500 hour video archive, it will probably be impossible to filter out all the extraneous and irrelevant material surrounding it.

Hutchison’s work is what Kenneth Shoulders was specifically tasked to find an answer to, leading him to the discovery of EVOs.

You are not alone in your conclusions about these presentations. When I saw Bob Greenyer at the recent IWAHLM-15 workshop, I encouraged him to write up a concise summary of his reviews of these phenomena, as I found his mountains of videos impassable. He replied that he wanted to keep his work hidden amongst this forest of verbiage on purpose, to screen out the people whom he didn't want to have access to his findings. I wasn't able to get further clarification on this point before his attention was drawn elsewhere, as it so often is. It's quite a shame, because he has made extensive review of some very interesting and important observations and research that isn't otherwise well-documented, and I believe that a readable summary would be of distinct value to many other interested people.

  • Frogfall , Robert Ellefson , I may have the advantage that I have been reading Bob’s blogs and watching the MFMP videos for some years now, and thus have had the opportunity of listening at the reasons why Bob does some things that seem puzzling.

Anyway, before 2019 the MFMP was more focused in replication and demonstration of LENR, while Bob developed his more personal and particular points of view in his Steemit blog articles. In the MFMP YouTube channel you Can see also very good coverage to the work of Russian Researchers, and also the participation of Bob in one conference at Sochi. He also helped Parkhomov with the translation of his book to English and presentation of his work at ICCF 22.

Around June 2019, when Bob and George Egely visited Ryushin Omasa in Japan I noticed a change of pace as the visit to Omasa resulted very productive for Bob and confirmed many of his personal ideas. The ULTR style of experiments was a direct result of this visit, as Bob related at IWHALM. I reckon that for anyone not familiar with the previous path that Bob has gone through, his presentation at IWHALM may have been shocking. He crammed there stuff I have seen him talking for hours in different live transmissions.

I certainly Hope to see LENR helping humans to blossom, and I'm here to help it happen.

I agree. I followed almost all the videos and material that Bob presented in recent years, and the evidence it shows are compelling and absolutely relevant to understand LENR and other exotic phenomena. But it is very difficult to make order and to make a coherent and consequential picture simply digging in all these materials and concepts. It would be very important that he would start to write some papers or even a book. This is the only way this knowledge can spread, be accepted and applied. Otherwise the fate of it is to be forgotten or just considered as "cranky stuff" such most of the lost inventions that dr. Egely resumed (and that were not at all as that).

  • Bob G has this belief in this unproven posit that he got from Parkhomov that cosmic neutrinos produce EVO because Parkhomov believes that EVOs stabilize Beta emitters. After I explained to him that neutrinos do not interact with anything and after I showed him numerous experiments that showed EVOs stabilized alpha, beta and Gamma emitters, in short, all types of unstable isotopes he continues to accept Parkhomov's unproven posits. His respect and friendship with Parkhomov is just too strong to overcome the ilogic in Parkhomov's beliefs. I also dislike his singing on camera and the connections he makes with pseudoscience like crop circles and Indian mysticism. But his powers at observation of experimental processes are second to none and his use of camera methods and SEM in experimentation is worth the aggravation you must put up with to see those camera and SEM shots. He clearly loves to share what he has found with others and that is why his videos go on for so long.

Does this sentence sound logical for You? Bob and You are both exotic matter on own. You both can be used as an enthusiast but random generator of links.

  • Description of LENR always begins in the middle where the active agent is already produced. At least Ed Storms begins at the beginning and shows how fusion comes to be. But what Ed does not show is how fusion does not produce gamma or neutrons or unstable isotopes or transmutation of non-fusionable elements.

A description of LENR must start with great detail at very beginning and then show how that start answers all the magical processes that LENR encompasses. But these magical processes increase by the day. Now they include the production of a transmuted crenelated hollow iron micron ball. In SAFIRE, the ball is made of rare earths. And how does LENR make matter disappear as Ken Shoulders observed.

  • Too bad the Rossi is forbidden here. Frank Acland is running a 10,000 hour test on the internet to test the Rossi's small 10 watt reactor. Frank is using his own equipment and he set up the test himself. The test is now live.

Rossi is not foorbidden here, but is restricted to one thread. That is because Rossi-tech is off-topic in this thread and others. The current test is being discussed elsewhere in the forum.

  • Here is a relevant, and well written, web article about Tesla's spark gap work.

Tesla’s Spark Gaps: A Literature Review

Yes, you will find a lot of direct quotes from Nikola Tesla in this text. I do this to stay as close as possible to Tesla’s original design specifications, since I have seen a lot of “replications” by experimenters who only follow half of his instructions, and then say the device does not work as advertised.

Edited once, last by Frogfall ().

  • There were a lot of people messing about with arcs in hydrogen - such as Valdemar Poulsen. (Tesla moaned about Poulsen, and as usual claimed his own devices were much better - although they were never commercialised)

The assertion about Tesla by Bob Greenyer was not referred to practical use but about understanding of the underlying phenomena.

  • Ever since I looked into the state of ball lightning research, in the 1980s, I've taken any claims of "understanding" by Nikola Tesla with a pinch of salt. Once, when asked about ball lightning, at one of his public lectures, he claimed that he knew perfectly well how it worked, and how to make it in the laboratory, if he wished - although he hadn't actually got around to doing it (and, as far as I know, never did).

I do think that Tesla was a genius (by some definitions), but he could also be a bit of a showman (and a bullshitter) too. I'm sure it all adds to Tesla's modern cult status.

I've just been reading this paper:

    O. H. Basquin, “The Arc Spectrum of Hydrogen”, Proceedings of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, Vol. 37, No. 6 (Sep., 1901), pp. 161-174. http://www.jstor.org/stable/20021647

It seems that studying arcs in hydrogen gas was quite a popular area of research at the end of the 19th century.
