IMO these experiments prove that transmutations Can occur in conditions completely unexpected by classic nuclear science. It is assumed that is nuclear, but the results are rather unexplainable by classic nuclear physics, as these transmutations go up and down the atomic numbers, meaning they can be interpreted as fusion and fission happening at the same time.

This is a qualitative description of what EVOs do. So, ultrasound IMO has nothing to do with classic fusion or fission, but is a way to obtain the hydrodynamic version of EVOs / coherent matter structures that can take matter and consume and produce it.

Short answer: they prove we know far less than we think we know. And as far as proving that LENR occurs, they do, but they also, and mainly, open the door to a completely different range of phenomena, which is in turn a great thing, but many people seems to not want to open that door.

They have done a very methodical experimental work to provide evidence in support of their Deformed Space Time theory. You may disagree with the interpretation of their results, but their results have been impressive. They have also been ridiculed and derided because the implications of their results are of deep significance, again, wether you agree with their theory or not.

I prefer remaining sticked on the ground by studying Iwamura work for example rather than flying with clouds as more and more people here.

Transmutations mean nuclear reactions. Whatever you label them, and whatever the method if good experimental technique shows transmutations, that’s a nuke by definition.
I personally believe the line between chemical and nuclear reaction is a lot more fuzzy than what we were taught as students.

I was friend with Peter Gluck, we maintained direct e-mail conversations often when he was still able to, his passing caused me great pain. However, I haven’t seen any diatribe against him, just strong disagreement and displeasure, without any implied insult.

US does induce cavitation, I don’t see why you say it’s not linked. Granted, There are many other ways of creating cavitation.
What I think is that is easy to get confused and think that cavitation is what causes the phenomena due to high transient temperature / pressure. I think is a little more subtle and complex, or perhaps simpler, than that.

No it does not. it converts to Aluminium Hydroxide which makes the water look milky.
There is an intriguing experiment with ultrasonification of mercury. Some Casimir effects could take place here, as mercurcy is heavy conductive metal capable of cavitation and sonofusion. I'm of course aware that mercury is metastable on air and it oxidizes to dusty mercurous oxide under evolution of heat, so that its interpretation must be handled with caution.
