Hello everyone, I was doing some research and looking into John Tandberg and his patent application for Helium production from Electrolysis.
I have found the dissertation for his doctoral thesis cited below. I can't seem to find a digital version of it anywhere online though.
If anybody has some documentation on this gentlemen it would be greatly appreciated.
