And at 3:11, also very long. Be nice if someone gave the rest of us a brief summary.

My takeaway: more and more focus of researchers are on this thing being called EVO/ condensed plasmoid/ fractal toroidal moment, etc. The more they look, the more evidence they found and the observations converge to the same understanding, to a point beyond where one should not ignore it further. Interestingly, the structure it starting to be "extrapolated" to reinterpret the model of a proton and neutron as well.

There was another researcher - Eric Lerner - who studied plasmoids and corresponded with Winston Bostik, he is not much mentioned now.

A Sweden team also spoke about magnetic self compression as they were involved also in space plasma investigations.
They patented also something powerfull in this way.
Most of people probably thinks that i have only Rossi in mind that isn't true at all.
So these Sweden guys used a simple magnetron from kitchen oven at classic 2,45 Ghz.
The microwaves generated spreading a 50/50 mix of D2 and N2 at few Pa. Surrounding this primary gas recipe another one filled by simple water which was heated by D2 spallation ( yes i well meant.. ) to do N14 to N15 also stable.
This reactor reaching cop 5, that means with a 1200W magnetron then removing 20% of losses it will produce 5kW excess heat.
When i think that so many still looking for a ... reference experiment..
All is here... EP 3 086 323 A1

Magnetic field self-compression, as observed in laboratory plasma focus devices, results in increases in energy density of more than 108 and in even larger
Their basic (originally Russian) idea is: the radar, microwave beams are collimated well and they pass through atmosphere easily at distance - but they don't transfer much of kinetic energy, as microwave light has low wavelength and as such energy density. The particle beams are way more energetic, but from the same reason they're easy to stop with atmosphere. If so - why not to combine them and to use the microwave beam as a carrier for plasma beam? This is for example how Medusa project (Mobile Energy Device of USA) developed by Optima Technology Group Ltd. on the basis of USP 6377436 patent has born. It's essentially a klystron powered traveling wave accelerator of electrons. Normally, the electrons are collected or recaptured at the end of the klystron, a specialized vacuum tube. But by allowing them to stream freely to the high power microwave and high energy laser assembly, they’re turned into potentially lethal projectiles able to instantly destroy inorganic and organic material.
The 2.7 - 2.9 GHz klystron provides both the source of a high energy electron particle beam and a synchronous radio frequency so the electrons can align with the microwave transmitter output. The main purpose isn’t only to use the microwave and laser electromagnetic fields (EMF), but also to provide a waveguide for keeping the electrons bunched together. In normal air, the laser causes them to ionize, creating a linear circularized plasma field, so the laser’s alternate purpose is to allow the electrons to move through the weapon assembly, safely preventing short circuiting of the electrons. And if the weather is good, the laser by itself will have an added deadly effect with high energy photon bombardment. The positive peaks of the alternating sine wave microwave pulses keep the electrons bunched at distance roughly by 11 cm during travel time to the target. The high energy laser and microwave coral the electrons and make sure the highly concentrated electron density patterns arrive at the target to completely ionize molecular matter by extreme high voltage discharge, causing particle breakdown and molecular disintegration. The electrons absorbed an trapped by poor conductors repulse mutually which leads to so-called Coulomb explosion or discharge of the target. In addition, the high energy microwave part of the assembly is by itself capable of disabling and destroying unhardened targets.
