The first Piantelli rod was fllled onto its SURFACE quietly by an H2 mix with H mono STABLES onto the nickel acting as a catalyst, so.

How ? Slowly hydrogen was deposited lowering the vessel internal pressure from a little bit under 1 bar to lower pressures.

When pressure was too low they refilled the vessel, again and again.

At the end , it could not be possible to load more the surface because almost all the surface was covered.

However it remained enough space between species to generate continually some H mono.

There was some hydrogen chains onto the surface like that : H2 space H space H2 space etc...Ina continualy way H was transfered from an H2 to another H alone and reverse etc etc..

This way inducting their xsh.

I agree. A charge cluster is many electrons attached to each other without the need for a cationic core. That electron to electron attraction is caused by something like a Z-pinch or the magnetic field that is used in a betatron.

The energy source for IPC could be massive bosons condensed from the environment. This slide provides some information about them.

I see them, in the context of this thread, as a possible mechanism to explain the way in which the ZPE is being tapped. But they would be formed and destroyed, to release the energy, in the coils, not in the batteries.

Yes, I also think that EVO's - if observed - have connection to overunity mechanism rather than cold fusion. Cold fusion can also produce EVOs, these would be byproduct of linear arrangement of lattice fusion (vortex rings, anapoles). Ken Shoulders originally presented EVOs as an observable plasmoids, but coils aren't supposed to generate any plasma. Only if we consider EVOs as a general scalar wave/magnetic vortex structure of vacuum, then yes, the coils can the technically also produce EVOs but my explanation of overunity in Tesla coils doesn't require them.

Providing the overunity during Inductive Pulse Charging gets related to coils in charged circuit instead batteries then we could simply replace the batteries with simple capacitor and the overunity device would reduce to Stephen's Jones Joule thief circuit. But cycled electrolytic capacitors (captret) were also reported to generate overunity without any coils. IMO captrets are more likely related to dielectric relaxation and absorbtion effect. The batteries also exhibit these effects due to their dielectric bilayer - after all, the battery and capacitor concepts converge mutually in LiON supercapacitors.
