Interesting that Alexander Parkhomov is still in the game. Is any big russian corporation or institution backing him?

Rossi, besides the odd investment, is the only one that ever received a significant amount for an LENR device! He is the LENR truth!
True. And instead investing these $10 mio into manufacturing plants and engineering/marketing employees he just bought some condos in florida.
He didn't even donate 1 cent to children with cancer, as he claimed loudly in the early days...

Progress progress progress.
Hope Rossi will invent a mars rocket after his ecat is finally in mass production.

Sadly, Rossi's is never going to commercialize his technology in any meaningful way. The concept of the QX/SK is too simple and he isn't about to present a working system that a dozen other parties can copy in a heart beat. Also, since the basics of how the device functions has already been explained (it's simply using the negative resistance regime to produce a complex space charge or macro-EVO) he is probably paranoid of anyone stealing any ideas about his cooling and control system.
This is no argument.
Even with other companies copying his invention he would have at least months of advantage. And the global demand for a cheap environmental friendly energy source is a trillion dollar market, if not more. Rossi, his children and even their children would never face any financial issues again if he would go fullsteam to public. And Rossi would still be in history books forever.
But Rossi isn't doing it. So it can only be a fantasy of him.
In my humble oppinion Rossi saw a strange effect in the early days, while copying Piantelli. And he thought he was able to scale the effect up by increasing the error rate of the measurement equipment and process.
And he just can't admit this fact to himself, so he has to keep up this facade...maybe more for himself than for his followers.

Hope Mitsubishi and Toyota will replicate this...

Combined expertise? Look at that kindergarten.
Most "experts and researchers" are keeping their secrets and some even spread wrong information to mislead competition.
-
This is fantastic news!
Now Rossi should put his cards on the table or he will end in total meaninglessness...

Their website seems to be down?
-
If he controls the questions he can also control the answers and thus can control what people reading his blog are thinking -> opinion-making.
It's some type of "Framing".

Lol, the exact same writing style + punctuation says everything...

A new peer reviewed paper by Frisone Fulvio in the Journal of Energy and Power Engineering has been published:
Abstract: In this paper the main features of tunneling travelling are illustrated between two deuterons within a lattice. Considering
the screening effect due to lattice electrons we compared the d-d fusion rate evaluated from different authors assuming different
screening efficiency and different d-d potentials. Then, we proposed an effective potential which describes very well the attractive
contribution due to plasmon exchange between two deuterons and by means of it we will compute the d-d fusion rates for different
energy valuesdoi: 10.17265/1934-8975/2019.02.002

Interesting to hear that a large russian nuclear research facility (Dubna) is investigating the strange radiation!
Seems russia is now officially interested in these effects.
Hopefully it's now just a matter of time other governments will pump this up.

BTW: Querydenken.tv seems to be focused on esoteric and questionalbe theories of "science" and "medicine".
Just to keep that in mind while watching the video.

Short (subjective) video summary:
Willi Meinders is making many assumptions in this video which are simply not confirmed in any way yet.
He is mostly referring to Rossi's very early 2011 claims (Nickle to Copper, easy switch on and off of the reactor etc...) which are as of today at least very doubtable.
This is then combined with the usual conspiracy theories.
In my oppinion he slept the last years.

I find it fascinating that they are able to get a reliable COP of >1. In my eyes this is worth more than random COPs of 25 or what ever magic numbers.

We would like to introduce our new team member Max Nozin, who will be joining Rends, and Shane D. as Moderator. Max Nozin will be our Ukraine/Russia eyes and ears, and help us keep abreast of the many new developments in that region.
Along with that important task, he will assist in refereeing the many squabbles that erupt most days, and help attend to spammers.
In addition, Alan Smith has been promoted to the position of Adminstrator, alongside barty and AlainCo. He will still play an active role in moderating however.
We would like to thank our members for making LENR-Forum the success it has become

Researchers from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology teamed up with colleagues from the U.S. and Switzerland and returned the state of a quantum computer a fraction of a second into the past. They also calculated the probability that an electron in empty interstellar space will spontaneously travel back into its recent past. The study is published in Scientific Reports.
"This is one in a series of papers on the possibility of violating the second law of thermodynamics. That law is closely related to the notion of the arrow of time that posits the one-way direction of time from the past to the future," said the study's lead author Gordey Lesovik, who heads the Laboratory of the Physics of Quantum Information Technology at MIPT.

A new and well written article by Huw Price on 3 Quarks Daily about the history and developments of Cold Fusion / LENR in the past 30 years:
