Nice comments Walker.
My comments:
a) Why would Cherokee/[lexicon]IH[/lexicon] put their potential commercial website in the name of someone who is not part of their organization. This can lead to bad surprises down the road. I've seen people lose domains after fallouts with business partners.
b) "[lexicon]Industrial Heat[/lexicon]" is a good brand name when you want to sell industrial 1MW heat plants such as the one tested over the past year. However, it does not really fit the new developments
That they picked Lux Energy shows me that they are anticipating selling the E-cat QuarkX. Especially given this recent comment by Rossi:

Yes. The light is unsustainable for the eyes if you look straight into it.

So we have this really bright device that produces energy. Lux Energy seems like a fitting name.
c) Regarding Walker's comment #6, I am not sure if the look of the website tells us much. IMO, this website was set up by a non-specialist who is comfortable setting up a Wordpress site and just picked a template they like.
To me, it looked more like a corporate website than a commercial website, the URL of which you would put on your business card/linkedin/e-mail signature. A bit like http://cherokeefund.com/
