I don't doubt the Bologna professors analysis of the material he rcvd and tested but it certainly was not a sample of the Durapot 810 Lugano reactor material which was / is between 75% and 85% alumina based cement. This one is not hard folks.

Shane - no confusion. Off-white paint. We have the brand and product number.

We also have the same batch of Durapot 810 and a leftover virgin reactor from that production run. Planet Rossi may hear more about that later.

No comment on Levi having the material sample tested and coming back with 99% alumina except....say no more say no more.

Since no one bit on the Lugano reactors question - they were made by IH in Raleigh with Durapot 810, which per Cotronics, has between 75% and 85% alumina powder in the cement, batch dependent. You then get to factor in another tidbit - the Lugano reactor was apparently painted in Lugano by either Rossi or one of the testers. Specific paint color, make and model unknown.

Planet Rossi - who said anything about backpedaling? All evidence is complements of the master and his boys.

Lets not shuffle along to the next subject just yet.

PeterM - I think that Rossi paid the power bills. We had to subpoena to get the details from FPL.

Rossi had backup systems alright and fluid temps might have been able to remain somewhat constant in the system, even during the "down" days, very possibly because of certain "other systems" on the "customer" side that have recently been discovered.

Peter - sorry that I cannot help you with the diagram. You're free to ignore Rossi's past if so you so choose although I think that a genius with such breakthroughs in rubbish-to-clean energy, a miraculous waste oil salvation, bounteous precious metals reclamation, a 4X increase in thermoelectric waste heat recovery AND commercial cold fusion capabilities for 6 years running should not be seeking glory in a US Federal courtroom. Poor fella - so misunderstood and under-appreciated. In the interim, there are other things with enough data for you to ponder as you try and move things along - site heat management, the power budget for the building inclusive of Rossi's reactors and the JMP systems, Rossi's live-in data acquisition system, non-responsive / runaway key players, Rossi's fake broke customer, etc.....

Rigel - the front half of that posting from Rossi's attempted redemption website is from a Corriere Della Sera article that Rossi somehow felt the need to respond to. The 2nd half of the posting appears to be his words.

He spins a fantastical tale of so much gold output from his industrial precious metal reclamation business that he was able to start a booming girls ring business. He was apparently was so successful in gold reclamation that he ended up with tons of extra gold that somehow couldn't be processed through legal channels. His partner in the gold smuggling / money laundering business did some prison time as well then got arrested in Miami in 2003 on a Swiss warrant. Sadly, he died in Italy of malaria after serving the additional prison time. Its a herring alright - a full rotten barrel of them.

It is amazing how easy it is for Planet Rossi to slip, slide, dodge, bob and weave through the muck and still think they champion Mister (almost) Clean.

Oh yeah, we're going to need to award him an honorary street doctorate in public relations as well - you can have honors on picking the diploma mill. His former alma mater went Tango Unicorn (for fraud).

Peter - we eventually figured out that we're dealing with a bad dude who doesn't work alone. He's the one who chose US Federal Court, for reasons we may never understand, as his battleground in this matter. The evidentiary ruling by the judge on confidential documents carries the day. This Judge is not to be messed with but one must wonder why are you and others not pestering Rossi for his diagram of the final plant configuration?

We're learning more about the intellect, morals, values and ethics of all tethered to Planet Rossi on an hourly basis. This is helpful for today and tomorrow (and maybe even day after tomorrow). The fake invoices pattern slid right past them in the dark of night. The pleadings and discovery phase will be closing soon then the main legal battle starts. I keep wondering who Rossi will be able convince to stand beside him as an expert?
