My first question about was if il dottore was a scammer, but I thought it was too harsh to use that term.
It is not harsh to speak the truth or ask an honest question.

Every time I think I have seen the most idiotic post possible on JONP, someone posts something even more stupid:

Dear Andrea Rossi,
It has always been admirable how everything you claim – as far as I can judge – approaches the truth as closely as possible. ...
There is also the problem that using an extensively modified vehicle without re-testing it would be potentially illegal in many jurisdictions.
Around us there are extensively modified vehicles on every racetrack. They are not "street legal" but there are no laws about driving them on private property as far as I know.
...er, I don't think you've included the not-insignificant cost of all the bacofoil and duct-tape, Alan
Plus he will be tempted to replace the headlights with his sklep-ssm demo versions. But the demo won't be able to run at night due to insufficient lumens.
Sam, are you viewing this new EV dream as progress? Or is Rossi just "spinning his wheels", so to speak? And do you think Rossi and Prof are just seperate manifestations of the same spirit, like say the Lord and Jesus, but with a better energy technology?
Strange that I only heard two people on earth use the word "certificator" and they think so much alike and are so congratulatory. Seperated at birth perhaps? Sam, any thoughts?
For those that haven't visited e-cat world or JONP in the last week or so, the pages are all abuzz about a new e-cat powered EV demo Rossi is actively working on. What is not yet understood by the braindead fans is this is just Rossi's latest smokescreen to distract from the worthless sklep-ssm demo, and the prelude to the launch of yet another new incarnation.
I will officially dub it "The E-Cat SKLEV" (pronounced "Skleeve"). So if you are feeling a bit "skleevy", place your orders now.
The author of another video at 1 minute 55 seconds shows us "zero instrument readings" ... Thus, there is a point or line above the wire in which there is no magnetic field
Romulan cloaking device perhaps?
These posts rightfully belong on E-Cat world, where the great physics minds like Axil can explain them with the Hexagonal fields generated by EVO's and their resulting room temperature superconducting tachyonic Bose-Einstein condensates.
I'm not really counting over the last 10 years, but I think that Steven Nicholes Karels today
posted his 1000 idea about how to use a device that is maybe delivering electric power
And "Prof" has posted his 500th congratulations message on the Research Gate "Full Reads" count.

As always, Frank asks Rossi the really tough questions. Not softball ones, like how you can design and manufacture your own AI chips when a fab costs billions, or why the device spec'ed at 10W appears to put out a few milliwatts, assuming the light isn't actually coming from outside the lens.
Dear Andrea,
Your response to the question from Sergio today regarding an electric car charging demo is very interesting.
Can you tell us a little more about your plans for this demo?
Thanks very much,
Frank Acland
Frank Acland:
We are working on it: the plan is to install an Ecat SSM assembly in a position to recharge permanently the existing batteries. Eventually, go to run around some race-track, to keep record of the endurance.
So far this is a dream, not a demo, but we are working on it.
Warm Regards,
A.R.
Sklep powered race cars:
I like the Florida version, Buffalo Shrimp.
Or the Wyoming version, Buffalo Buffalo.
So you are counting "full reads" like Rossi, ehhrnm, uuhmm, I mean "Prof" on JONP?
Congrats on your following. I hope you can grow it like Axil.
Well, you should not conclude too quickly with only informations available at your scale, maybe his technology became classified to explain these apparent circumvolutions.
Maybe this "classified" theory is just a completely unsubstantiated conspiracy theory just like previous ones concerning Rossi.
I got my BS at Cornell near Buffalo. We had wings every friday at the frat. This was before they were so popular (and expensive). If I remember right Jed is a Cornell guy and probably loves them too.
What is most important to me is that it was only Mills presenting. This is so Rossi. Very sad because I really believed BLP would deliver.
The fact that Bob Greenyer does not agree with you is a positive. However that does not make you a not a "misunderstood genius" or other term C.P.
If it is really such an important innovation that outclasses conventional fission, IMO the US government cannot or will not allow foreign influence or ownership by Investment. It will be a strategic advantage, that cannot be given away!
This is the Rossi conspiracy theory revisited. Forget it.
Display MoreWe have a strange communication... I live in Russia... I live in the city of Moscow... I'm not afraid to present myself on this forum with my last name.... Explain to me why on this forum you hide your true name from us? ?? Who are you afraid of in your country?
Second...
You are too infected with authoritarian thinking... Why do you need the opinion of some famous people? You don't know physics..? Are you unsure of your abilities? For example, I personally behave independently of certain authorities. I absolutely do not care what title a person has... I argue as a physicist who received an exhaustive amount of knowledge in physics at the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI in 1972-1978. From my point of view, there is no institute on earth that would give better knowledge in physics ...
I respect my institute and I respect my teachers! I believe that they were at one time the best teachers in the world ... Answer me - do I have the right to think so? Or will you, a person with an assumed name, stick your vile questions in my nose and communicate with me in a humiliating tone? So know that I personally will not allow you to do this ... From my point of view, you are behaving extremely stupidly and you are not sure of your own knowledge of physics, and at the same time ask me to give you some authoritative names physicists...
Wouldn't you like to think about the fact that your interlocutor, Alexei Ivanovich Cherepanov, is today the only physicist in the world who has surpassed all the physicists you know in terms of knowledge in physics, including laureates of all kinds of prizes, including Nobel laureates?
Here's an example... A modest person with a nickname - GRMatson, wrote - "Well, it appears Maxwell did make a mistake." For me, this statement is authoritative...
So to summarize, you are saying no, there is not a single qualified person on earth who agrees with you and will vouch for your theory (whatever that is, other than "no electric charge"). Am I wrong? very simple question. Reminds me of the questions to Rossi when asked "name one other person on your "team".
Turns out the SKLEP-SSM simply runs on residual heat from the "chips" (or more correctly, "French fries"). Eventually the chips cool and the "secret ingredient" charge (potatoes) must be refreshed.
Next e-cat revision is going for a higher energy density fuel (Buffalo wings).
