What is your evidence for this statement.? The inventor himself says it is not nuclear. Why do you claim to know more than Rossi?
I say it is not nuclear because it is a scam. I have evidence for that due to past history, court documents, etc.

Sam, can I ask a couple serious questions? These are moral issues so I think you should be concerned. Please answer them specifically.
1. Do you think Rossi tells lies concerning the ecat development? (For example, "customers")
2. If so, are his lies OK?
3. Do you believe that the posts we identified on JONP are sock puppets? (ex "Norma", who he signs as his name sometimes) Or are they Rossi?
4 .If they are Rossi, is it OK for Rossi to pretend to be different people?
5. Do people who are morally forthright do things like lie and pretend to be people they are not?

This patent is meaningless, and it used the heater between 2 metal plates to trigger cold fusion,
which is not consistent with laser triggering. This suggested E-CAT has the difficulty in the trigger of cold fusion.
There is a bigger problem with this patent than not using lasers.
It has nothing to do with cold fusion, nor does it mention it.

You suggest that just because "Seshavatharam and Lakshminarayana" who I never heard of, inluded Rossi in a bucket list of Lenr researchers, then that means Rossi is not a charlatan? How many on this list CURRENTLY believe Rossi is legit and are happy he is included? Next time you plan to give evidence supporting Rossi, please give evidence supporting Rossi, not groupings which disparage everyone else on the list.
