This is the wrong part and entrance of the warehouse building!

Bass responds that he can't find any knowledgeable person who knows of any dielectric material that can be used with '5 million volts'.

Altogether this changes the estimate from 1.4MW to < 100kW.
And you really 'believe' that such an expert is in his own domain of science not able to calculate correctly, making mistakes factor 10, and that in a court testimony, that is not just about $ 89 million, but also, so to speak, about the holy grail of sciences? -
There is this Prof. Dr. Wong who has this impressive curriculum vitae
https://thenewfire.files.wordp…43_to_71_ocr.pdf#page=161
... and is, beside many others publications, the author of these publications
Thermodynamics for Engineers, CRC Press, 2000, 370 pp, TJ265.W56; 2nd Ed. 2012.
Intermediate Heat Transfer, Marcel Dekker, N.Y., 2003, 411 pp.

The conclusions of this undisputed expert are:Quote
- The Coefficient of Performance is a criterion that is suitable to determine the way the E-Cat plant functions.
- There are clear and logical explanations for an inverse relationship between the amount of power input into a device and the COP of that device. In fact, not only are such explanations logical, they should be expected from the way the E-Cat plant was operated.
- Under the conditions described at the Doral Facility, it was more than possible to expel 1 MW of heat energy without rendering the Doral Facility "uns uited for a human working environment."
- Under the conditions observed and described at tl1e Doral Facility. it was more than possible to expel 1 MW heat energy from the Dora I Facility consistent with the amount of energy reported in Dr. Penon's report.
https://thenewfire.files.wordp…43_to_71_ocr.pdf#page=148He is calculating the amount of heat energy which can be dissipated trough the described heat exchanger (conductivity).
Result: The latent heat of steam at standard temperature and pressure ("STP") is 2257 kJ!kg. See Engineer's Toolbox. The amoum of heat two be rejected by the steam and water is 0.94 MW
He is calcuating Ari Flow using Newton's Law of Cooling
Result Heat transfer from steel pipes to air = 1.4 MW
His opinion about Murrays report:QuoteThis expert has concluded that, assuming Lhe existence of the heat exchanger with the specifications above, the heat exchanger and the fans are capable of removing at least 1MW of heat energy from the Doral Facility. Additionally, the energy generated by the ECat plant was dissipated around the E-Cat plant itself, the transmission pipelines to the heat exchanger, and in the heat exchanger itself which was cooled by two motorized fans. "That the room would have been heated to a temperature unsuited for a human working environment" concluded by Mr. Murray, is simply fallacious.

So to the experts here, what is wrong with Dr.Wong and why are you still selling the reports of those as the only truth, who are paid by IH and are acting on behalf of IH with their calculations and conclusions partly based on mere assumptions? -
I already thought about starting an own blockchain technology.
Let's call it LENR coin
Any ideas about it's features?
What comes to my mind was - Fucoin - but as always... https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1385455.0 -

The only sane conclusion is that it does not work.
'Sane' is not included in this conflict, the only thing that I can see (beside of the silent contribution of a very few honest enthusiast) is massiv greed. -
Ladys and Gentleman, this is a thread were we all have the opportunity to discuss about the lawsuit Rossi et.al vs. Darden et.al.
If you want to discuss about tech papers, manuals, contrary technical information, conspiracy theories and so on, feel free to do it, but please open an new thread and use a link if you want a connection to this court case. Thank you! -
No one from the 'Outside' is able to follow this 'discussion'!
-
Darden et.al thought they were superior clever and that they could spare a lot of money by gathering the complete intellectual property with some amateurish chess moves. My feeling is, if you take greed into consideration, that both heads of Cherokee Investment had (maybe just for a single moment) lost all of their self-control and made wrong decisions, just because they are greedy!

it gets posted that the Lugano reactor was made of "Durapox"
http://www.journal-of-nuclear-…cpage=212#comment-1270076Andrea Rossi
February 21, 2017 at 1:59 PMAnonymous:
In the test of Lugano the reactor had only the caps at the ends made by Durapox. The proper reactor’s cylinder was made by pure alumina. Tha material has been scratched from the surface from the Professors and analyzed, and resulted to be pure alumina.
Warm Regards,

Ourprimary work now focuses on intellectual property development and ondeveloping business partnerships. We want to acquire other technologyrights and to find deployment partners that can implement. We want tosee LENR technologies developed by larger, more sophisticated companies.
That's what it is all about! -
200 mm = five times x 40 mm. In that case it was quite a mistake to have identified the pipe as DN40 in Exhibit 5.
Being night here, I could not follow how the discussions here have evolved re the 40mm pipe issue. Now I see they were disfocussed.
I again recommend Alan Fletcher's analysis: -
I would like to remind members that this is a science forum, not a psychiatric one.
Therefore this thread is closed! -

IH can perhaps in retrospect be blamed for not having more rigorous testing at the start. But think about it: if the lugano results were real they did not need rigorous testing. Stable and repeatable excess heat of double the input heat can be measurd in many ways and is commercially viable as a heat pump replacement. It would not have needed high powered testing expertise. They would have been very surprised and worried by the fact that 6 Lugano testers made a large calculation mistake, and that Levi continued to assert this was not a mistake. It was bad luck for them. Good luck for Rossi. Though Rossi seems to make his own luck, and in ways that may be magnificent but are not to my taste.

The main question remains, is it against the licensing agreements to pretend a customer if, as if in this case, Industrial Heat does not provide a customer as promised and thus Rossi would not have been able to meet the licensing agreement and perform a GPT?
Rossi's goal must be to prove that IH was only interested in the E-Cat IP (see the Lugano Report IH plagiarism patent) and only willing to pay the 11.5 million, and never had the intention to pay 89 million (additional because they did not have the money) and thus the pretending of a customer was, so to speak, a protective act, which was essential in order to be able to 1. carry out the GPT and 2. to prove the attempted fraud of IH.
It remains thrilling, because it is obvious that Rossi was all the time guided by his lawyers and I do not see any reason why they should participate in an obvious fraud where they risk their whole existence.

Maybe a breakthrough, or a new understanding. Regardless LENR is here to stay, so mainstream just will have to be content as dismissing us.
@Rigel Good point, but maybe 2017 LENR will become mainstream by unexpected players https://thenewfire.wordpress.c…fusion-project-cirenergy/ who knows?
