The EVO is the only system that might be generating negative energy, so it is reasonable to try to see if the EVO can meet all the requirements of negative mass cosmology.

Dark energy is a dynamic thing that can change over time. So there must be some flexible mechanism that is producing Dark Energy as time goes by.
The EVO is a possible multi phase source of dynamic dark matter/energy creation. By multi phase source, I mean that the EVO can be created in any number of ways, from production of EVOs in a hot plasma to the production of EVOs in the coldest temperatures in space.
This flexible mode of EVO production makes the dynamic temperature dependent creation of dark matter/energy feasible.
The Nobel prize winner Claude Cohen-Tannoudji, has defined what the dark matter/energy field is. He believes that it is a condensate of gluons which when applied to the EVO makes a good fit. Such an insight can make the inner workings of the EVO more visible to analysis.

I feel like you are throwing bait to me with your carbon cycle questions because I think you are not unaware that I have answered carbon cycle and related questions in various posts in this forum.
We will see if your hypothesis is consistent with reality when the SAFIRE waste water transmutation system comes on line. If the reaction produces energy in the transmutation of heavy unstable elements to lead and other elements, then the SAFIRE reactor should meltdown. The amount of elemental transmutation that will occur in that system will be huge and should produce outsized nuclear based energy over anything that that reactor can withstand. If that reactor does not melt down as I expect will happen, then you must go back and reformulate your thinking.

Spectrum of collective excitations of a quantum fluid of polaritons
Abstract
We use a recently developed high-resolution coherent probe spectroscopy method to investigate the dispersion of collective excitations of a polaritonic quantum fluid. We measure the dispersion relation with high energy and wave-number resolution, which allows to determine the speed of sound in the fluid and to evidence the contribution of an excitonic reservoir. We report on the generation of collective excitations at negative energies, on the ghost branch of the dispersion curve. Precursors of dynamical instabilities are also identified. Our methods open the way to the precise study of quantum hydrodynamics of quantum fluids of light.
A Exciton polariton is a photon that is connected to an electron for just a few picoseconds (440 ps referenced in the paper). When that polariton terminates, that connection with the electron is broken and another polariton replaces it in the condensate when energy (pumping) is applied that actions the replacement of the terminated polariton. The condensate that requires input energy to maintain its aggregation of polaritons is called a non equilibrium condensate.
When the polariton terminates, it produces light as its photon is released from the connection with the exciton (electron). The rate at witch these polaritons are replaced is called dispersion.

This paper explains how negative energy can be used to produce science fiction like behavior if it could be controlled.
Abstract. Implementation of faster-than-light (FTL) interstellar travel via traversable wormholes, warp drives, or other spacetime modification schemes generally requires the engineering of spacetime into very specialized local geometries.
The analysis of these via Einstein’s General Theory of Relativity (GTR) field equations plus the resultant equations of state demonstrate that such geometries require the use of “exotic” matter in order to induce the requisite FTL spacetime modification. Exotic matter is generally defined by GTR physics to be matter that possesses (renormalized) negative energy density, and this is a very misunderstood and misapplied term by the non-GTR community. We clear up this misconception by defining what negative energy is, where it can be found in nature, and we also review the experimental concepts that have been proposed to generate negative energy in the laboratory.
One of the concepts contained in this paper that is useful in explaining how photonic engineering can be used to sequester negative vacuum energy is "Squeezed Light".
The vacuum is a roiling froth of virtual particles that contain both positive and negative energy components. These particles conform to the constraints of the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle.
By squeezing light, it is possible to create an electric field that when applied to the vacuum will relieve the vacuum from the constraints imposed on the vacuum by the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle. If the vacuum is viewed as a wave tossed sea, it is possible to remove these waves by using a breakwater that greatly reduces or eliminates these waves. In the vacuum, applying the electric field produced by squeezed light, virtual particle production is reduced or eliminated. This modified state of the vacuum is a negative energy state.
The Casimir Effect is by far the easiest and most well known way to generate negative energy in the lab. The squeezed light process is equivalent to how two closely separated thin metal plates can produce a negative energy state in the vacuum by using the Casimir Effect .

In a series of upcoming posts, I will explain how the EVO is a bubble of negative vacuum energy. This unusual space time state is the basis for many of the EVOs unworldly abilities. As a part of this explanation, I will describe how by using quantum mechanics (QM) that science can engineer the vacuum using QM methods to produce negative vacuum energy, and then explain how the EVO self separates vacuum energy into sequestered positive and negative energy.
Contrary to common beliefs, the EVO is essentially a bubble of sequestrated light. As such, the photon can be engineered to express its negative energy components. In explanation, a light wave is a mixture of both positive and negative energy components.
When describing the propagation of light, equations require that the light field be described as having both positive and negative frequencies. A negative frequency indicates a wave made up of photons that have negative energy.
Negative frequencies are a mathematical construct that allows for the analysis of real signals using a complex number framework. A single sine wave can be broken down into two complex exponentials, one with a positive exponent and one with a negative exponent. The negative exponent is where the concept of a negative frequency comes from.

The Thor system has operated on a 400KW electrical generator for 8 years and the Thor stainless steel carbon to oxygen converter has not melted down in all that time.
If the reaction that converts carbon to oxygen produced any energy, one would expect even with a modest production of energy from transmutation, the Thor convertor would have melted down by now having experienced a gas flow 5132 cu feet/hour at some points. That amount of gas flow represents a huge amount of carbon throughput. But upon recent inspection of that convertor, outside of some corrosion effects on some surfaces, the stainless steel remains like new.
Whatever is transmuting carbon to oxygen is not producing any energy inside the convertor... none. Consistent with this observation, how could the Thor system be classified as a LENR system? Please explain this contradiction.

By the same logic, because the LENR systems on earth don't have the same nuclear environment as occurs in the core of the Sun therefore protium fusion is not possible on earth.
Protium, the most common isotope of hydrogen, cannot easily start a fusion
process on its own. This is because it requires extremely high temperatures and pressures to overcome the electrostatic repulsion between positively charged nuclei.
Fusion is difficult because atoms have a positive charge and repel each other without electrons. The fusion process must use extreme temperatures and pressures to overcome the forces that naturally want to repel the atoms.
On Earth, scientists don't have the kind of pressure needed for fusion to take place. They need to hit temperatures even hotter than the Sun to get the same reaction. To replicate that process of fusion here on Earth, we would need a temperature of at least 100 million degrees Celsius, or about six times hotter than the sun.
It has long been suspected that a protium fusion is more difficult to achieve than that of the heavier isotopes of hydrogen. This is because the larger masses automatically have larger dimensions and will, therefore, be easier to get closer to each other.

In stars with central temperatures greater than 15 million Kelvin, carbon fusion is thought to take over the dominant role rather than hydrogen fusion. The main theme of the carbon cycle is the adding of protons, but after a carbon-12 nucleus fuses with a proton to form nitrogen-13, one of the protons decays with the emission of a positron and a neutrino to form carbon-13. Two more proton captures produce nitrogen-14 and then oxygen-15. Another neutron decay leaves nitrogen-15. Another proton capture produces oxygen-16 which emits an energetic alpha particle to return to carbon-12 to repeat the cycle. This last reaction is the main source of energy in the cycle for the fueling of the star.
While this process is not a significant part of the sun's fuel cycle, a star like Sirius with somewhat more than twice the mass of the sun derives almost all of its power from the carbon cycle. The carbon cycle yields 26.72 MeV per helium nucleus.
The issues to be considered are how the carbon fusion cycle can be consistent with the current theories of the LENR based cold fusion reaction? Also, how can so much carbon be transmuted in the Thor reaction at 26.72 MeV per helium nucleus produced without some sign of energy production being evident in the thunderstorm reaction chamber?
If you cannot come up with some answers, just ignore these issues.

We know that the black hole produced by an EVO produces a spherical event horizon because we see a hollow crenellated spherical ball of material that is composed of mostly transmuted elements.
According to general relativity, the event horizon of a non-rotating Kerr black hole is a perfect sphere. However, the event horizon of a rotating black hole is more complex and is generally considered to be oblate or ellipsoidal in shape because of spacetime frame dragging caused by its rotation.The event horizon is a boundary around a black hole beyond which nothing can escape, including light.
Although the event horizon of a Kerr black hole would be a perfect sphere, it would not appear as one because of gravitational lensing. If you were stationary or moving directly towards or away from the black hole, it would appear as a perfect circle that was apparently larger than the actual black hole. -
I believe if someone can't develop a theory with a strong mathematical basis, they shouldn't be making fake "theories".
I do not feel qualified to be making such postulates. I only have a BS in Engineering Physics from Cornell, and I work with mathematical algorithms and physics related phenomena. But I have never really worked in pure physics. So that does not qualify me to make broad based speculations. I do feel qualified to judge certain people as unqualified to make their broad all-knowing statements. And I think those type of people are really bad for our goal of getting LENR research accepted.

Take Ken Shoulders as an example, He had little education in fundamental science but he could humble the most prominent and arrogant scientists of his age in his humble and self effacing way.
While working with his son sometime around 1980, Shoulders had replicated a phenomenon observed by William Bostick, an atomic physicist at the Stevens Institute of Technology. Shoulders would eventually dub his findings exotic vacuum objects, or EVOs. He described an EVO as a cluster of electrons that channels energy (though the source of that energy was uncertain). Shoulders believed he had used the electrons’ energy to melt microscopic holes in various materials. Church had offered their research to dozens of companies and government agencies, including the Office of the Vice President, but no one was interested.
EVOs break the laws of physics as they are currently understood. Electrons shouldn’t be able to cluster together, as Shoulders claimed, because an electron’s negative charge will repel other electrons. Anyone trying to hold together the north poles of two magnets will get a sense of the problem. And so when Shoulders presented his findings to established scientists, such as Richard Feynman, a Nobel laureate physicist at Caltech, he was dismissed outright.
Shoulders’s credibility was not helped by his maverick reputation, his lack of formal education, or the company he kept. Puthoff, his closest friend at SRI, was a former Scientologist who was still convinced that Uri Geller had psychic powers. Shoulders had also become close to John Hutchison, who promotes himself as a lovemaking guru and the inventor of levitation and life-extending devices. These relationships, and many others with more conventional scientists, were the result of Shoulders’s openness to unusual ideas. No matter how outlandish, Shoulders never rejected a new theory before carefully thinking it over and, if appropriate, testing it. He wished others would extend him the same courtesy.

But was there any worthwhile science in Shoulders’s EVO research? After dismissing the inventor’s findings, Feynman became aware of the discovery of similar clusters of charged particles made at the National Bureau of Standards and the work of a professor at the University of California, San Diego, who had noticed the same thing 10 years earlier but had not conducted further research. On January 31, 1986, Feynman mailed an apology letter to Shoulders: “When you were in my office I could not see how 1010 or 1011 electrons could be kept as a ball in a vacuum without ions. . . . I must apologize for it has come to my attention that it is indeed possible.” Feynman confirmed that the electron clusters Shoulders and his son witnessed were feasible, a small victory in the face of mass rejection. But the existence of a physical phenomenon is a far cry from an alternative energy source. Nonetheless, Shoulders declared in his self-published book, EV: A Tale of Discovery, “I believe this gateway will open into one of the greatest industries yet known.” Despite years of filing patents and pitching the research to various companies and government agencies, Shoulders never found a taker.
The fault lies with the arrogance and pomposity of those takers. Shoulders was, is, and always will be on point.

I think that the LENR reaction explain more than the production of gainful energy. It is a gateway into new science that can greatly advance the assent of mankind.
For example, using the EVO, black holes as an element of quantum computing can be produced in a controlled and stable manor.
According to the holographic principle, information about a black hole's
interior is encoded on its two-dimensional surface area. This surface area is known as the black hole's event horizon. We have already seen this black hole event horizon's surface presented in our observations as those micron sized crenellated balls of transmuted matter.
The information is said to be smeared on those two-dimensional spheres, described by the event horizon. The information is encoded on the surface as a hologram.
The amount of information that can be stored in a black hole is only limited by its surface area. The storage capacity increases as the black hole swallows matter. Allowing science to access and control of these black holes is a advancement of unlimited potential.

The AdS/CFT correspondence is a theoretical framework that relates a gravitational theory in AdS space to a boundary conformal field theory (CFT). According to this duality, the information stored in the black hole is dual to the degrees of freedom of the boundary CFT.
In the AdS/CFT correspondence, the information is not lost but rather encoded in the correlations and entanglement of the CFT degrees of freedom. The boundary CFT can be thought of as a holographic representation of the gravitational theory in the bulk AdS space, including the black hole. The information encoded on the event horizon can, in principle, be reconstructed by studying the properties of the boundary CFT.

You cannot create a "spacelike" separation by splitting an EVO and moving it.
Since the Universe is not much more than 10 billion years old (well if you believe the big bang), an entangled EVO at 10 billion light years would have had to have split in the relatively early times of the universe and somehow they miraculously accelerated to near light speed away from each other.
This seems weird to me, but maybe that's just me.
However I think this does prove that your theories are "spaced-out-like".
