Hi all
In reply to Jed thank you for that image, remind you of anything anyone?
Actually Compact Methane reformers now come in sub container sizes. And their input is methane from the town supply. As to their output it is gas, it can be compressed or sent down pipes

Hi all
Note who makes the compact equipment to do exactly this, and note their requirements are an exact match for the E-Cat 1 MW plant.

http://davyprotech.com/what-we…ft-process/specification/Note also that the process uses the sponges reported as being seen in the customers plant.
Game set and match I think.

Hi all
Just pointing out that the release of ERV data in Exhibit 5 by IH frees up others to post up the whole ERV report. And Engineer48 has provided the detective work to both confirm a minimum COP of 13.8 and refute several wrong bits of data Jed was giving to the forum members. I fully accept Jed may have been fed false data; in which case he maybe needs to reconsider that source.

Hi all
To those confused about basic chemistry; steel steam pipes contain iron and thus can corrode to:

Hi all
It appears to be Game-over for IH case, as IH's own Exhibit 5 leaks ERV data that along with photographs of the control pumps under operational load provide the data to allow us to confirm a minimum COP of 13.8 from the E-Cat plant.
It also busts several of Jed's suppositions I quote from a post Engineer48 made in a further observation he made to his detective work on the pump pressure in another post.
QuoteIH exhibit item 5 states:
According to the data you have reported (averaged data for 10 months or for 3 ERV reports),
1) the conserved mass flow rate of the system from February to November 2015 was onaverage 33,558 kg/day (1,398 kg/h).
2) the temperature of the water and steam were on average 68.7º C and 102.8º C, respectively.
3) the steam pressure was reported (for the entire period) to be 0 kPaG
Surprise, Surprise Jed's claimed 36,000kg/day is not correct. I mean does that really surprise anybody?
As for the 0.0 barG steam pressure, the superheater steam can be drawn through the piping and into the heat exchanger by a slightly lower pressure, maybe -0.2 barG on the outlet of the primary side of the heat exchanger.
So what we have here are 10 months of averaged input water temp, flow rate, output superheated steam temperature and pressure that seems to be more realistic than Jed's flow statement
"It was 36,000kg/day every day".
Well Jed that statement is now "BUSTED"....

Follow the link to read the article and comments in full.More importantly it means as I suspected IH would selectively leak from the ERV, the tactic has as I suspected now blown up in their face and because IH blinked first, others are now free to publish the ERV.

Hi all
So as explained in the article the photograph confirms the minimum COP is 13.8 just from the topping up pumps.
We finally have confirmation the E-Cat works with a high COP.

Hi all
So I wonder who lent on Jed and how they did it?

Hi all
So a normal counterclaim. I will wait to read the direct source, rather than the faux vortex version.

Hi all
In reply to Jed's PostNo, the photo establishes that at some time someone took a blurry photo the e-cat was placed in a room somewhere, and that photo sort of maybe gives the impression that the wall is a partition not a full wall. Or maybe it doesn't show that.
Allow me to paraphrase:So according to Jed:
The wall is imaginary.
The object seen in the photograph over the other side of the wall is imaginary.
The place where the photograph was taken is also imaginary. So I am guessing Jed also thinks the Pipes over the wall and through it are also imaginary. Though I have no proof of this since Jed did not say so. Purely supposition on my part given Jed insisting everything we are talking about is all just an impression we get from the picture.
Hmm...

Hi all
So the photo establishes there was something over the other side of the wall.

Hi all
With regard to the posts, by Dewey, Jed, Lomax etc. on the matter of the output of the 1MW plant there is always one thing missing.
Evidence.
I ask everyone on the forum, can you name one occasion when they have put forward a single jot of evidence to prove they have insider knowledge of the 1MW test?
They could of course if their claims of insider information had any validity whatsoever simply publish the ERV,
So a simple test for them.
Publish the ERV report prove you are an insider.
Other wise everyone on the forum will know you for what you are.

Hi all
IH Counter-suing would be great News!
At that point any secondary party can use Document Discovery to publish the ERV.
I am sure Rossi's Lawyers are rubbing their hands with glee, at the possibilities.

Hi all
With respect to all and sorry about the crudity of language. As a Canadian colleague of mine put it.
It is all about the price at which you "Suck Dick" essentially once enough money is on the table all will deal if for no other reason than to have enough money to prevent others from falling into such circumstances.
If as Dewey and various others claiming to speak on behalf of IH are being truthful then IH can either pay enough to make Rossi go away or fight the case.
Note Well! IH said do not trust any information about IHs position unless it is directly from them, Dewey, Jed, Lomax, all fall into this category of people IH themselves told everyone not to trust, people seem to forget this.If as Rossi and the ERV contends the reactors work, then IH's options are diminishing.
If Rossi feels he can make more money than the $89 million from going along with a partner with a more lucrative deal the only option IH have is to pay up the $89 million plus some additional money to get things back to the original contract and start manufacturing E-Cats.
Of course I still think the October Surprise is a possibility.

Hi all
As Abd Ul-Rahman Lomax brought it up it is worth noticing that oil prices are on the slide again. Droping from their June top by $10 in the last month. This as Saudia Arabia has begun to bring more wells on line as Russia is increasing its production and as the Iranian oil is now starting to come on line.
We should see prices in the 30s in August.
Interestingly there was a bit of a steep downturn on Thursday when the report came out that Judge in the IH case quoted the ERV as showing a plus 6 COP for Rossi's one megawatt plant.
I should point out that the days of major profit from the decline of oil prices have come and gone. If you took note in 2013 when Sifferkol and I pointed out the industry and banking moves that were taking place then, you would have made a very healthy profit. But Oil prices are now so low that there is little that can be made off their decline.
With Rossi's plants now becoming available to customers it is time to start looking at the Industries that will be beneficiaries of LENR.
A list of companies that buy Rossi's plants is probably the most useful data you can find.

Hi all
As I pointed out earlier some in the IH camp want to leak the ERV or partial leak it and spin it.
So IH person get on with it. You know you want to
EDIT POST SCRIPT.
OH Even more Fun which one will leak it first it is race between you IH people!Kind Regards wallker

Hi all
In reply to Abd Ul-Rahman Lomax.
For all your amateurish bluff and bluster it amazes me how wrong your predictions are.
The judge has decided IH have cases to answer including fraud, this is just facts.
IMHO IH will deal and I still think they will do so in time for an October Surprise.

Hi all
So it looks like IH will have to pay up and could be looking at crippling damages in the hundreds of millions if not billions on the Fraud count; which could simply be attached to earnings from future IP and IH, Cherokee, Darden and Vaughn end up being Rossi's and Leonardo's slaves for decades. If they go bust Rossi could end up owning the whole kit and caboodle.
I am guessing IH will deal.
