IF me356 as experimenter has an efficient LENR technology, me356 as manager of an enterprise needs time to industrialize his technology and take his place to the market. Then his priorities change: inform enough to sustain interest but not to give his know-how. This explains his silent, like for any other producers.

The Grand Unified Theory of Classical Physics (GUT-CP) predicts masses of particuls, energy and shape of any particuls and molecules until ADN, and their interativity in a precision of 1 for 1000.
http://brilliantlightpower.com…resentationPt1-072516.pdfAn excellent presentation of the GUT-CP theory was presented at MASEY UNIVERSITY.
With a comparison with quantum theory. In short :
1 constant without dimension replace 27 "fondamental" constants.
3 forces only based on impulsions, versus QM "magic" intercations based on random hapening.

There is a complaint but is it a battle? Probably, IH and Rossi were linked by a bad agreement about intellectual property, long test conditions and organisation, place of Rossi in IH and reverse... Before shift into industrial production they have same needs: a better contract, peace and work.

Thanks !
For years I have collected the long story of biological transmutations, mainly in french, along 4 centuries there:
https://fr.wikiversity.org/wik…ransmutations_biologiquesLater I added recent works in LENR like Vysotskii and some other works,
https://fr.wikiversity.org/wik…oulomb_barrier_hypothesis
Also the E-CAT of Rossi:
https://fr.wikiversity.org/wik…tations_biologiques/E-CatIn each case I try to synthetize the goal, the explanations and the results, with complete references to the works, but I can't read russian language. I understand writed english, but spoke english is to difficult.
I am interested by english paper from russian research that you can describe there:
https://fr.wikiversity.org/wik…A9centes#Coop.C3.A9ration
and please add the detailed references. You can also send me emails at [email protected]
Thanks in advance. -
What are the positions of Rossi and I.H.?
If Rossi is a worker inside I.H., or a consult payed by I.H., the property is at I.H.
If I.H. only funds the Rossi's enterprise, and later is refunded, the property is at Rossi. -
Very interesting result. But we could ask "Why an **abnormal** heat ?".
In more than 26 years, there was thousands of positive results in cold fusion field.
And this field becomes an industry.
Then write "abnormal heat" in a report in this field becomes to reveal a weak confidence in this field and maintains the confidence in the standard model which is too limited.
I invite researchers to write their reports with more confidence in their field of results.
This small change could be a big step in the change of scientific and technical paradigm. -
Brillouin was also selected as one of the "AlwaysOn Global 100 Companies to Watch."
Brillouin on its site, in the experiment page, say "substantial heat effect produced by the company’s CECR process technologies in over 50 experiments, run on an independent basis."
Brillouin happens after Rossi but also with Ni-H reaction. They need to develope their "tubes" in a way enough different than Rossi and they must do not give none detail to Rossi which could modify his patents to disturb the Brillouin development.

Jean-Paul Biberian has discussed various aspects in PARIS, in 2 hours, with 14 attended.
The beginnings of Fleischmann & Pons in 1989 and the rejection of the FF from 1 May 1989.
In 1996 Pons, at Toyota in Sofia-Antipolis, uses a cell without water loss, recycled by condensation. For 3 weeks nothing happens, then he increases the temperature very gradually. When Pons stopped his heat input, the temperature does not decrease but continues, with production of He4 and some He3.JP Biberian started to reproduce it, by increasing the temperature very slowly daily. One day he finds completely exploded assembly by much more energy than the burning of a few grams of hydrogen.
No one else has tried to replicate that experiment.P & F used quenched glass Pyrex, more easily attacked by the chemical reactions and therefore more favorable to LENR thanks to the best conductive locations on the walls.
Mitsubishi, which products atomic fission power plants, continues the work of Hiramuwa observed resulting cesium isotope and molybdenum from strontium transmutations. In the E-Cat and its replications, when he loses H, LiAl melts at 950 ° C and dissolves Ni that loads more H, unlike steel.
There are not enough metallurgists to focus on the many effects of melting, crystallization, nano-defects ...Harata in Japan has formed 5 nanometers balls in Pd, coated with zirconium to improve reactions.
He produces them by quenching a film 1 micron thick produced by a fast rotation.Pierre Closon speaks Mizuno 1992 which slaves the temperature to 100 ° C and obtained a COP of 1.1 to 1.2 with a medium to 40 moles per liter sodium hydroxide (40 % in mass).
Mathieu Valat (with JP Biberian) replicates Misuno and gets a COP of 1.6 to 1.7 with the cathode in the center.A debate on the cathode or the anode in the center of the electrolysis also evokes the AC electrolysis to depolarize the center electrode and the use of a 3 harmonic waves to reduce the depolarization time.
JP Biberian, now retired, keeps various equipments and materials of various experiments.

When I search in Brillouin documents, I find only a COP of 4, in a technology limited by the pulse generator.
This is to compare with the E-Cat cop > 100, limited to 6 for safety reason when electricity enter in the system, and more than 6 in mean, thanks to SSM mode without input. The COP 6 will could also increase in future.
The 2 systems produce heat from electricity.
The Brillouin COP = 4 seems too small to be competitive. It is a gain of 1.3 only if the electricity come from heat (coal, oil...) -
The first commercial product description of a LENR device ! ! !
In english and in chinese for the whole world ! ! !
What a big new, 3 month before the launch of the mass production. Thanks David.

Martin Fleischmann Memorial Project says at 13:18 : looks like change in resistance of coil can account for bulk of this change.
-
At 13:40 me356 added a short pulse of current + 2 A, but this do not restart the excess heat. The temperature slowly returns to normal.
-
What happens from 2015-10-11 at 13:06 to 13:10 ?
Is it really an excess heat after several hours of maturation of the powder ?
Only at 400 °C a slope of temperature of + 15 °C along 6 minutes, without any change in the driving of the experiment !
After, me356 tries and really can drive and stop the excess heat.
That is a good result.Thanks me356.

LENR expansion will probably start in march 2016, then in 20 to 30 years will cover whole the world with energy sources, from Rossi/[lexicon]IH[/lexicon] or others.
Unfortunately another "expansion" will happen soon or late, bombs based on LENR, which unintentionally happended in some labs. Like always, some humans will have more "power" but not more wisdom. Remember depleted uranium bombs. -
@sveinol you have publish accurate mesurements on muons : https://www.researchgate.net/p…el_converter_arrangements
Perhaps you already know about " The announcement is related to the fact that B mesons have an anomalous tendency to decay into tau leptons instead of into muons "
From 3 experiments : " The combined significance of the results from BaBar, Belle and LHCb is 3.9 sigma. "
see the Wire of India : http://thewire.in/2015/09/07/w…article-physicists-10162/
and the e-catworld post : http://www.e-catworld.com/2015…nt-find-anomalous-effect/ -
... Holmlid has suggested that Rydberg matter in space is just something that we call Dark matter …
Randell Mills propose the Hydrino hypothesis and the Millsian software, a molecular modeling tool, able to compute orbisphere of electrons at 0.1% precision, including for very complex and big molecules like ADN.
This could be usefull to help to study Rydberg matter and their stability ?
Have you and idea if this software is really efficient ? Have you try it ?Randell Mills has a unconventional conception of the quantum effect.
In another paper he said that the hydrino could explain Dark matter: the orbit of electrons being shrinked at 1/2 or 1/n size. And this could explain the radiation spectrum of the Dark matter zones.I also follow you in ResearchGate, but I am only a lover of science, no a researcher.

My only worry now is that with my insulation, the drop will be much slower
To be faster reactive, you can compute a curve reflecting the temperature needed, after amortized by your insulation, to generate the external mesured temperature. You can also smooth it then easier to read. -
Radioactive decay is caused by the weak force. But the rate of this decay can vary in LENR.
Do you include neutrinos in the weak force ?
From this research "Fine structure of histograms of alpha-activity measurements depends on direction of alpha particles and the Earth rotation" the radioactive decay is corelated to the distance from earth to sun, to the rotation of the sun heart generating neutinos, to chromospheric eruptions generating neutinos and received on earth at the speed of the light, and to the sideral sources.
Also in biological transmutation, without any detectable radiation, Olivier Costa de Beauregard proposed in 1974 the explaination of neutrinos.
If fluctuations of the neutrinos flux coming on earth explain fluctuations of the radioactive decay, we can first estimate which part of the radioactive decay is explainable by neutrinos flux. Then the vacuum energy, as a diffuse source of radioactive decay, could be necessary for the unknown part of decay, perhaps small.
