You are absolutely right ! I do not understand how their theory and recent patent has not triggered a scientific revolution ! Beside the fact that their experiments seem to actually work, the gravity theory in itself makes sense ! for example, seeing the Coulomb force as a gravity effect between pseudo photons is quite exciting. Many time I personnaly though that way when reading papers on Feynmann interactions charts. I do believe that official science is wrong then they are restricting the Sschrödinger an Hilbert représentations to pure theorical and mathematical Tools. I think that if these Tools work so well, this is because...they are describing the reality ! Matter doesnt exist really we are perceiving only the variations and interactions of the electromagnetic and gravity fields. Stopping to see everything as particles (objects) makes things more understandable. The Lipinsky theory do not violate any accepted model. It just complete it ! and the interactions between the Fabric of Space and the fields in a General relativity context, just explains that This dawn Coulomb barrier is not preventing fusion Under special conditions.
As soon as Official science will get back to the Fundamentals, Humanity will get access to infinite energy.
We should definitely make a lot of noise around this theory !

Hi David,Thanks for discovering this company and their activity in LENR. I neither heard about MEE theory, and so I read every document with attention. I read also their new Patent which sounds great.I do not understand how all this wonderful work can stay so silent! It may be as important as Einstein work in the past!I am not sufficiently equipped with mathematics (I have a master of sciences in electronics, but I worked mainly as a manager !) to be able to check the validity of this work. But the fact of explaining everything by the action of fields (gravity and electromagnetism) is exactly the way I see the world. For me, the matter does not exist really. We just believe in it because we feel the electromagnetism effects (visible light, and resistance to contact due to the repulsion between atoms). In fact, from quarks to atoms, everything is purely energetic agitations of a field (electromagnetic, or gravity). Then, with the equivalence mass-energy, this end-up in masses. But speaking of particles each time there is an energetic event is misleading. Because of that, the famous Coulomb barrier seems to prevent the fusion except by hard collision. But in seeing them as a field perturbation, it is easier to imagine many schemes to reorganize them. I like very much the explanation of the Coulomb attraction by the gravity action onto the pseudo photons exchanged between charged particles. This is the way Feynmann describes the exchange. Again, why scientists do not go further!Definitely, I believe that they are right, and that their reactor should work! This is good news !

This paper is not very convincing. It takes as granted the results of Rossi experiments, and tries to explain them by the well known lattice IPM theory.A paper probably requested by Rossi! A much better paper, from D. Cook, is called “LENR and Nuclear structure Theory”. Or even, to understand deeply the theory, “The FCC Structure of the Nucleus and the Magnetic Interaction among Nucleons” (the bible!). In this later paper, Norman D. Cook explains how a proton can approach the excited based level of a nucleus, and fuse to it. In this Cook theory (which was already thought back in 1950 or earlier), the key element is to understand that the lattice structure of a nuclei is a consequence of the organization of the electromagnetic field imposed by the intimate structural organization of the quarks.I am always amazed to see that specialists of quantum physics still consider particles as objects when at the same time the official field quantum theory shows that everything comes from the electromagnetic field organization due to local energy distribution. One has to think that without charges and electromagnetic field, we would not see or touch any matter! Probably as black matter in the Universe. In fact, the quarks are already the first step of the electromagnetic field organization, which imposes around them the latticed organization of other nucleus, and the orbital of electrons. In the Cook theory, the strong force is seen as a magnetic effect created by the quarks. This makes sense! At the nucleus level, the lattice organization produces its own constraints in term of magnetic fields. Distorting the electromagnetic field by the proximity of nucleus within metals, or by temperature, or by an electromagnetic effect, it seems that electron’s orbital can penetrate within the range of a proton magnetic field, which then, looks like a neutron (charge equilibrium). Nothing prevents then to merge with the nucleus, but doing so, this creates a free electron, and the proton remains a proton.I believe strongly in this theory that I discovered 10 years ago, and I still do not understand why this is not more accepted and studied, since this theory do not violate any principle, and even allows to explain any official experiment. For me, this theory will become one day the reference, and the good news, is that it allows for both LENR and plasmas fusion.By the way, is it better on this forum to write in English or in French? It doesn’t change anything for me.

I read the English translation. I think that we should be careful with the announced COP, because it is computed with the energy theoritically needed to evaporate water in steam. This was the way Rossi calculated his COP, and this was challenged, since this energy is far from being constant : it depends greatly on the nature of the steam produced (dry or wet), and on atmospheric pressure.
On the other hand, if the same experiment can be done , in exactly the same conditions, with an without active load, and shows repetidely a net difference when loading , then this is more convincing -
I agree. This is not so easy ! the reaction needs anyway some kind of electromagnetic trick in addition to input power for heat.
By the way, I read the tentative theory from Andrea Calaon. I like it, because it is providing some strong theory back up to my own intuitive feelings. Even if I do not have his impressive theoritical knowledge, my own perception, after reading a lot of books on quantum physics, is that matter doesnot really exist. What we are calling particules, like quarks or leptons,or even bosons, are not more than our perception of local excess energy produced by waves vibrations of the electomagnetic field. Everything is governed by electomagnetics rules, and the stability observed in matter organization is only a matter of equilibrum like stationary waves.
This is why I believe in LENR : I always though, said, and wrote that managing to create special electromagnetic conditions in matter, could possibly allow to overcome the famous Coulomb barrier. But It was just intuition. Andrea Calaon is bringing much more theoritical arguments ! -
This report on E-Cat by "Independant" Laboratory looks strange to me : it was done in a Swiss company which could be somehow linked to Italian labs, and at a moment, early 2014, when Rossi was in dificulties.
So I would be rather cautious.
Now, the demonstration could have been more evident than trying to mesure the power in and power out through infra-red : If they reach a COP over 3, then they could have switched off the input, since they had enough power produced to maintain the reaction.
If they had ran the experiment for 3 days without any power in, then nobody would question the result.
Did I miss something ??
