Sounds like contained water. Am I wrong? Water is very dangerous in some phases. With respect, Sir.

... IF we can make this vision a reality, humanity would experience true wealth and freedom for the first time in history.
If power becomes ubiquitous people can live in the air. Flying homes might predominate. Privacy, mobility, even safety might maximize.
I have a dream.

Congratulations Mr. Mizuno!

... energetic reactions in water plasmas ...
Challenges to LENR in water include the dangerous build of pressure.
Dry systems evade this engineering hurdle.
IMHO dry over wet. Barring the exposure of a new perspective.

An ICCF presentation exposed that precious metals can be dispensed with in a Mizuno-style reactor.
This development has many positive impacts for experimentation, manufacturing, and application scope.
I debate my next step.

I have yet to search for Gaia patents relating to Egely.
Group thoughts on his presentation? Opinions?

Alan Smith Was the replication a winner? Showed promise?

The Brillouin demonstration at ICCF-24 was cancelled. A shame.
That explains why I looked for it and found bupkis. So our time slips away. Or does it? Perhaps one of my many alternated selves found it.

That is not necessary. It is a distraction. Just have qualified people such as Beiting use good calorimeters to independently confirm the excess heat. A good scientist will be persuaded by that, and might even be put off by a turbine or other "showboating" demonstration. You want to convince good scientists. Ignore bad scientists and people who do not understand calorimetry.
I suspect your meaning is that focusing on a "useful device" impairs a stronger incontrovertible proof of effect. Possibly. What I feel the need to respectfully disagree with, is "That is not necessary". Which implies to my reading mind "We need not make anything useful."
I also expect we are actually on the same page, Jed. The world needs both. So for me. A useful device must manifest.I hope we can agree to disagree if I have overstepped here in my interpretation of your meaning.

Incidentally, as part of the national earthquake resilience programme TEPCO (Tokyo Electric Power Company) will rent you a 0.5 kW propane fuel cell to run some basic lights and electronics. The fuel cell also produces around 500W of heat, which is connected via a heat exchanger to the house's hot water system. A smart idea.
Do you know the make and model of the device, Alan?

It works, but the equipment takes a beating from wave/tidal action and salt water eats it up. Costs therefore prohibitively high. It has been tried in various forms (one right in NYC's East River), but they never work out as far as I know.
They can work out. They have worked out. And they could also work in the near and far future.

Michigan State University (MSU) students share a passion ...
For their hard work and resourcefulness, the team won ...
Congrats ...MSU was our main local rival in Collegiate Ultimate. A very competitive mindset can be found there. Last week I encountered a former Michigan Decathlete at the Venice Beach Basketball courts. Another example of the passion fostered at the University which improves life on our small planet.

Endeavoring to be near the conference at the appointed times. Though my official attendance remains unlikely. Should events fall my way, I hope to spend time with Forum members. We shall see.
