Interesting that you chose to lower the ratio of LAH to nickel. I was expecting 50/500. You are going with 35/500.
Do you have a specific reason, or is this to explore a lower ratio - a hunch?
I decided to reduce the amount of LiAlH4 due to the smaller volume of the working tube. -
The planned launch of the reactor for today is postponed for a few days, I want to wait for the delivery of a new thermostat with more advanced features.

Features a small tube: quartz, external diameter - 6.1mm, 3.8mm internal diameter, length - 13.5mm
It features a large tube: quartz, external diameter - 10mm inner diameter - 7.6mm, length - 20mm.
Spiral - Nichrome, 100 turns, the thickness of 0.5mm, 6 ohms.
Fuel - 500 mg nickel, 35mg - LiAlH4.

Collect the second version of the reactor. Few characteristics: two quartz tubes, one of them is fuel working, the other protective. I plan to put manometre up to 10 bar. The rest later, is just now a problem with the installation of a thermocouple inside.

it will be a interesting day
@Denis Vasilenko are you planning something new tests soon?
Yes, on Saturday, I plan to restart a new reactor, tomorrow will be the details. -
I join to the overview.

I would try borohydrides, but they are dangerous, since I live in a small room, I have a great risk trying to repeat the reactor Parkhomov. I would like to work in the laboratory that could operate at full power.

Hi,
Have you ever planed to run two devices in parallel: one with LiAlH4 and second without LiAlH4, instead of LiAlH4, let say, only Al or LiAl alloy in the same amount as LiAlH4? Rest is the same in both tubes and all electricity parameters supposed to be the same during the run. The differences in temperature will be good indication of LEN reaction.Hello, I plan to, but only when there are ceramic tubes and when I completed yet part of the equipment for better monitoring of indications course of the experiment.

Glad to see you here @Denis Vasilenko , tell us how your schedule looks like, maybe you will make new attempts?
Greetings, I copied my notes in Google documents, and will be grateful if someone could build a graph.

I also made a small report, the presentation file is in a mega.co.nz.
