There's your problem. The e-cat must be grounded to a surface with a higher information density in the spacetime.

I have no fundamental objection to this setup.

At this point self-powering is not required.

However, I would replace the mains input with a motor-generator, or a battery pack sufficient to drive the control system for long enough that it would be…

He has improved the "closed loop" ecat so many times it no longer works.

It appears that, even recently, neither the certifiers nor the partners are seeing a closed loop setup, as I had thought.

Very interesting what (Fabiani?) said at 0.48:

I don't think its mentioned in the report but the output voltage must be around 920V. Quite a dangerous bit of kit by the sound of it. Aside: I assume it really was a 1K resistor.

So Frank got to see a demo via Skype, nice! My thinking is that Andrea gave him permission to report, because what Frank saw in the early spring was a much less developed version of the E-cat SKL : still plugged into the mains…

Three posts moved here from a thread, please remember that this is the designated space for Rossi’s related discussion for the time being. Nothing personal.

Rossi has acquired enough capital from at least one licensee to build an e-cat factory!
I wanted to bring at least some good news to those who may need it to get them through the election.

Rossi is now claiming the ecat converts information into energy.
In a sense he is right. Bullsheet is a form of information, which is converted into $$$$ which can buy energy. JONP is a great energy generator.
And this has launched a series of nonsensical…
