Are you sure the delay in starting the test is to be attributed to Rossi? It seems that IH people have voluntarily lost some time saying that to get started an authorization was necessary but that one was late to arrive .....

So the Rossi-positive outcome would be Rossi gets the $89M and everything he has developed and all of its derivatives are licensed to IH

If IH loses the case it will go bankrupt because probably unable to pay this amount plus fees.

    I like me356 's procedure.

We saw in 1989 what may happen if you publish your findings too early, without knowing specific details about how they were produced.

We also saw and experienced with Rossi what happens if you don't publish your findings

It is simply a personal guess of mine, but I think Rossi wants out of the contract, period. If I had a Quark X technology, and it worked as claimed, I would gladly pay $10.5 to absolve myself of IH and that contract.

    me356,
I have followed what you wrote before with great interest and am very glad to see you back.
I understand your current position, that sounds a bit like Rossi earlier, but that is what you have to do. I tried explaining the facts…

    Eric,
I was referring to the people who are unduly pessimistic about most Ni/H work.
You are kidding yourself if you think you are protecting anything.
Grants to do good open research onLENR are not going to suddenly appear. The…

No, that's not true at all. Perhaps you need to work on your reading comprehension. Go back and read what I wrote. While what you say about other people finding his remarks about physics laughable might be true, it seems…

Almost 7000 comments in this thread and still no one can make a convincing argument how Andrea Rossi has scammed everyone in the last 6 years.
Explain me the scam please, I just can't understand the argument.

    What's his scam? What's his endgoal? You…

So; I'm trying to summarize (that's with a zeta) the views/motivations from the few here who reckon Rossi and company are the Evil empire (or something more or less similar).

As far as I can see, they all think that Rossi LENR

You mean it contradicts much of what we've seen in Darden's and Vaughn's depositions. All of the other contemporaneous evidence shows that they did have intriguing working devices built by Dameron/Rossi.

Darden has been known to say that he wanted to "crush" the test, as quite a few IH supporters have pointed out over the years. What did he really mean by this? My guess is he was referring to Dameron's high COP results of the Dameron/Rossi built…

The only reports on IH's own tests of the e-Cat that I see in the emails are positive ones. Darden expresses some reservations, but was confident enough to round up tens of millions from others. There are no extant…

That's good to know because all of the contemporaneous written evidence we have of tests performed by IH show successful replications upwards of COP 9. I'm glad these were performed by people having a firm grasp of calorimetry…

The heat exchanger story is a good example, as the IH expert Rick A. Smith has shown in his report by means of photographs, there was this serpentine heat exchanger, just as Rossi has described it to Wong. What sense should the installation of this heat…

I've had that same thought but had hitherto not put it down into words. Thanks for airing it. I'm pretty confident based on the information we have that that was the purpose behind JMP.

All you've got is your heat exchanger conjecture based on vague statements from expert Wong. That's it. The rest of your IH-must-be-right conjecture has been explained with one or more alternative possibilities.

It is not about faith but about facts.

Fact is, there are several reports and expert opinions (such as the Lugano Report, the Penon Report, the Wong Opinion etc.pp.), which are mentioned in this court proceedings, from respected scientists, who confirm…
