Hackaday Project : Cold Fusion Via Lattice Vibrations in N-Doped CNT

    This is just an untested experimental proposal. The background is classical US NAVY SPAWAR US 8419919 patent based on codeposition of palladium in D2O with CR-39 film detector of resulting alpha and neutron particles. I don't understand, how the n-doped CNT could improve the more efficient fusion reaction. The 2.0M lithium hydroxide in heavy water would precipitate palladium from solution - so I'm not sure, it's the best electrolyte system for this purpose.
