Sterling's first H-Cat calorimetric test point to anomalous heat

A report of Sterling Allan's test of the H-Cat (HHO through catalytic converter) in water bath at Frank Crowther's house, March 25-27, 2014; achieving around 93% input/output efficiency. Conventional electrolysis and fuel cell theoretical limits combined give a 80% efficiency maximum, pointing to an anomalous effect.

    "Super Dielectric Materials"
    http://arxiv.org/ftp/arxiv/papers/1403/1403.6862.pdf

    - proposes new "super dielectric" materials with dielectric constants 10,000 larger than the best known dielectrics.

    The authors note that -
"it is interesting to speculate on the potential value of NPS (New Paradigm Super) capacitors ... leads to a remarkable energy density of ~1000 J/cm^3. A D-battery (flashlight battery) has a volume of ~53 cm^3...a one D-cell sized NPScapacitor could hold 25,000 J."

Dielectric breakdown currents have been theorized to initiate LENRs. For example, see Brian Ahern's patent --
"Amplification of energetic reactions" WO 2011123338 A1 - at URL: https://www.google.com/patents/WO2011123338A1

Patent item [0024] notes: "Discharges through a dielectric embedded with metallic particles behave very differently. The nanoparticles act as a series of short circuit elements that confine the breakdown currents to very, very small internal discharge pathways."

If the dielectric materials described in the Arxiv preprint are real, the dielectric breakdown currents may be immense.

Giant solar blast barely missed us in 2012 --- U. of California, Berkeley
    http://www.futurity.org/giant-…barely-missed-earth-2012/

Earth dodged a huge magnetic bullet from the sun on July 23, 2012.

According to researchers, a rapid succession of coronal mass ejections—the most intense eruptions on the sun—sent a pulse of magnetized plasma barreling into space and through Earth’s orbit.

Had the eruption come nine days earlier, when the ignition spot on the solar surface was aimed at Earth, it would have hit the planet, potentially wreaking havoc with the electrical grid, disabling satellites and GPS [...]

Method for producing helium-3 using a hydrogenated lattice (red fusion)
    US 20130329844 A1 - Publication date Dec 12, 2013Abstract

Helium-3 (also known as He-3 or 2He3) is created in a nuclear fusion
reaction by fusing Deuterium (1D2) ions from a Deuterium plasma with
Hydrogen ions (1P1) in a Lithium or diamond crystal lattice. (Red Fusion)

Specifically, Helium-3 is created by the following equation: 1D2
(Deuterium ion from Deuterium plasma, migrated into a Lithium crystal)+1P1
(Hydrogen ion in the Lithium crystal)=2He3+

It seems well written, with lab tests corroborating the claims.
No energetic neutron or gamma emissions.

I assume both He-3 creation and the He-3 itself could produce safe energy.
