    BTW when we have chosen LENanoscaleR for our first event at Oxford, we had the following rational:


    1- LENR "nanoscale" is the class of reactions (cause) and some effects are Nuclear. Nanoscale is not about the size...
    2 - recognition of pionners. Same reference.
    3- increasing knowledge of interactions nanostructure/atom and each day there're new discoveries...
    4 - the wide spectrum of applications in all domains of nanostructured materials.


    Why it is important? a new field of science or some phenomenoms. Making technology or making product in early stage (lenr-cities is a startup). 3 years ago we have chosen: this is a new science... and technology will evolve very fast...

    Dear Brian, "Nanoscale" has been introduced by LENR-Cities end 2014 and used during our first event at Oxford in January 2015. We have 10 known scientists including Allan Widom, Yogi Srivastava, Luca Gamberale, John Swain, Paolo Tripodi, Antonio Spallone and some others to talk about LENR. Intuition was that not only nanostructure was changing observable properties of the matter but also had active effects on sub-nanostructures.. kind of meso organization of the matter. This view is consistant with the facts that interactions can be analyzed at different levels such as nuclear with Allan up to QED with Luca. All theories are partially true :) nanostructured materials have active properties and nuclear is an effect. Low Energy has about energy required to observe these effects..So, a new field of science, not a phenomenom... Meso properties are based on nanoscale organization. This is our understanding. Then why nanoscale used for lenr-forum. Because lenr-forum people are lenr-cities people are friends :)

    I have the same intuition even if I'm not a physicist. but I like modeling :)


    By making the hypothesis that matter is the encoding of the structure of the universe - which implies the world would be quantum then at any scale , based on two symetries in a way to create assymmetry (like the DNA is of living things), all objects of any size result from different encoding of the same initial object (the universe). At low scale, the level of symmetry is very high. Different objects can have the same structure but at different scales. I'm thinking of coherency. Then, it would make sense to consider that one might have resonance between object and collective objects, all of them enconding close structures (with some additional energy to fit scales). Partial resonance, structure matching, resulting a set of valid encoding structures transformns the object. A way to create low energy transformation of Matter...


    When playing with object and energy only, at high energy, single object unfolds in structure of objects. it can be sub-objects (set of different arrangement of symetries) but also super-object (more fundamental structure up to the original encoding). At ultra high energy, structured set of objects (not only sub-object) should appear... May be a day in an accelerator :)

Thus, when operating in the size regime of 1 nm and smaller, differences of a single atom may produce significant differences in the properties of each particle.......

    and I mean that even with a good MI team, many things are out of the radar...
    From a market point of view, talking about IP/exclusive and so on for the Energy is just a non sense...

    Why LENR-Cities ? We need a way to make the adoption of LENR more attractive/less painful than any other option. LENR must not be a reason to compete between challengers and incubents but a reason to cooperate: It is not a naive affirmation but a requirement in order to avoid a bloody transition. We are promoting and developing a fully decentralized organization (LENRG) which aims to enable each player willing to solve an issue by using LENR, to develop its own business
    . LENRG is doing LENR projects, because our objective is also to solve issues by using LENR and, LENR-Cities, a member of this organization, is developing, testing and adapting this organization.
    What : Our objective is : Platform to enable and achieve the funding, the development and (pre) industrialization of LENR
    How : Through a cooperative ecosystem : Companies willing to be part of the platform .


    What do we do? Up to summer last year, our focus has been on building this initial organization (Last update of our website has been done in July 2015). SInce that time, our focus is about working on the design/objective/resources of LENR projects and to think/prepare/set agreements with stakeholders.

    Most people are thinking about the technology for now... and think it is/will be business as usual... I think no...
    It is a matter of timing now...

    Project is to develop a Nuclear Waste Remediation technologies.
    Target :experimental proof before summer of a disruptive technology.
