So this day actually changed the LENR scene!
Not like many of us expected, but yeah!

I honestly believe you are exaggerating the costs. If Rossi or Brillouin can make a 25kW and soon 100kW device with such a limited budget, then I don't see why you can't do the same with a scaled up reactor design.

Alan Smith, why would it be so costly to build an equivalent plant? I don't understand why.

Where did you find out about that? I'm interested to know.

Well, Bill Gates did start Microsoft in his garage.

However, personally, I found the whole presentation offensive to the gravity of the matter. I have lost all confidence in Rossi and his ability to deliver something worthwhile.

Rossi is now talking of versions of the E-Cat SK.

There is a mention of 10 ECat SK being able to be operated by one controller of 380W. Thus giving a significantly higher COP.

Forgive my criticism; but, it is clear that Rossi does not have all his ducks in order if the FDA or some other regulatory alphabet agency is unaware or ambivalent (highly unlikely) about Rossi's reactors producing radiation.…

Since Rossi has stated that radiation does occur from within the reactor core, although quite negligible, it still is an issue that I wonder how Rossi has overcome the regulatory hurdles to sell his reactors.

I'm sure everyone by now is aware of this;…
