No Dewey, I am still out there, I was meaning to become real but I found myself with a search though. Even though I am not on google or other engines if you know where to look. I have made a mistake. I have or had a clearance. I may be going back to work for a while, but I have my reasons.

So that will have to do for now.

You asked for options and several gave them and as always honestly. If you can not answer just say so. You were the one that asked for options.

    Zephir,

I am aware of de Broglie–Bohm theory among others. I do not have time to discuss your thoughtful post above for now but would like to later today. I do not know what timezone you are in I am in GMT-5. But will check back later.

    Mr. SS,

I recommend that you reconsider. You and I had a decent discussions here. It is a shame to lose someone in anger. Besides you pointed out a bug in the software. My new username will be

supercalifragilisticexpialidocious-muhahahahaha and with that I will place my stamp.

But really take a day off and come back. If being simply challenged bothers you, come back with a different more readable username.

On the microscope, you may be right. The largest collider we have is the LHC at 13 teraelectronvolts (TeV). It is the only thing we have to verify the standard model until China brings theirs online in 2028 or so. I am a standard model supporter. Maybe would see Aether at 20 Tev but that is just waxing.

I am sorry friend, I will need a better explanation. Here is the Author. He has had one too many experiences with the greys. This does not help his arguments.

I have my own suspect for you to take alook at. Man-who-stole-moon-rocks. I got this link on here, but I enjoyed the video. You may.

Really I am sure that there better references. I came across him (T.M.) with an older search I did on electric universe. But I will keep an open mind. I

I'm a bit more optimistic on energy. But first the BIG BUTT. The planet earth is a living thing. We could have a nuclear winter, then a nuclear summer then get hit for the final time with a big ole space rock. But the Earth will be just fine in 500,000 years. and will be for several billion after that.

That said we continue to have wars and famine and misery in this current epoch of time. But energy we have it. Maybe it is not fairly distributed but we have it.

We have proven carbon reserves in oil for hundreds of years and coal for thousands. Back to oil for a second. The earth is 75% water and we have extracted less than 001.% from water resources, this is why we have oil seeps miles down Japan-oil-seep-25000-feet-down.

One open question does Oil come from "biogenic or "abiogenic" sources or a combination?

Anyway if biogenic why is so much concentrated in Saudi Arabia? I am aware of other large finds, but this I still do not understand. I have never heard that it was a bio hotspot, so anyone?

    On Nuclear power:

While nuclear power has had a rough start and is beaucoup more expensive than we are aware of its safety will improve over time. But the fuel is in the USA alone is enough for 100,000 more years.

I can hear B.S. Rigel, but I am not saying it. It is referenced here USA-uranium-and-thorium . I showed my work you show yours?

    On other sources:

Is the moon going away soon? Then we will not have the tides but we for now and well forever we do, what about the Sun? Is it low on hydrogen?

    Mr. SS,

I still have an open mind on aether. I would have to imagine that the photon is riding on a lepton field. According to quantum field theory all particles are actually excitations of corresponding quantum fields. We have a Aether specialist who can make that argument Mr. Zephir.

I am sticking my neck out just saying that Copenhagen is just a city maybe more. Just maybe more. I have never heard a plausible aether theory. And I have spent sometime on his sub-reddit have you read it? Zeph-sub-reddit.

The only problem I have with him, is his chasing Axil around, I have been reading Zephir's ideas for years. He should defend it. But if you have any reference documents I will be glad to read them, if I am wrong I own up to it. I think you are the same way. So any references? TIA

My question is that if the Aether exists and it is a field, does it have a particle? Is it a new one, or a new way of looking at an existing particle?

Option #1 Settlement (ref. POSTUS 25mill for T. University)

Option #2 A split on the suit, involving a dismissal then IH decides how much more to spend to recover.

Option #3 Total victory on both cases, Dewey dances the happy jig, no surprises but in 1 year time Rossi still is walking around on appeal.

Option #4 Suit gets split up, and still continues in the coming year.

Option#5 Either side appeal.... and continues.... and cont....

Option#6 The suit continues in a new form (ref. In 1982, IBM claimed that Fujitsu had illegally copied IBM’s mainframe software wins but is still in court years later)

Rigel is not a lawyer, and understands this is fictional (hat tip to Mr.SS) And throws Option: F10, IRS driven fraud recovery suit (ref. MaryYugo)

/\ Hey I gave it a shot, your pick sir?

Ok F7 for the planet-rossifarians. You will get F10, unless exception id: 5c98e470. I can not speak rossifarian well but I am quite honest and will admit when I am wrong.

I will ask you to step up if you are surprised by anything, dealy-o?

You can stay in the dialogue, may I ask the in and out for trial? 2 days 2 weeks? Nah better not.

    Edit: working..... working....

    @Dewey,

Just know that you will be taken to task as a weather prognosticator, you may want to ensure you manage expectations. It was sunny and 70F in the Nations Capital yesterday we had a light dusting of snow tonight a low of 24F, not a good time to get a cough. 8)

    AlainCo,

I am a pilot wave fan. Just like CF or EMdrive it never hurts to ask questions and question results. In the evenings I put on Richard Feynman to drift off to sleep. He tells a great story about some pompous scientist who said "if your experiment does not match accepted theory (I paraphrase) it is wrong".

Feynman points out the double slit. Pilot wave makes a very presentable argument on why that photon hits that slit in that spot. The emdrive people are putting their own money on it. We may get some bleed off science if it does not pan out. But just imagine if it does. Crow dinner for everybody.

    ele,

Dewey, Jed, Alan among others are all real LENR fans by Rigels-true-definition. They put their $$$ where their 8| mouth is. If you really are a fan, do you begin by writing off rational truths? His data is selected and borked. What is your definition of a LENR fan? Even TTH is maybe an LENR fan since he spends the time to work out truths.

And the truth is what we are all working for.

Jed - Thank you I was unable to find Brockis online. I am working a gedanken to see if I can adapt a flow cell reactor. I appreciate your time.

Edit: Now I see the Storms flow cell. Thanks again.

I do not think a laser of any type was a possible source. Due to scattering when hitting the room. But I was wondering about what was used when I was a kid so it was either Co-60 or Cs-137.not-that-anyone-cares-but-sources Maybe he just went to amazon and got Uranium-$39-bucks. Or just got some old-time Vaseline glass from his wifes "china cabinet".

"Hey why we are looking at the E-cat have a glass of wine"

    I like green glass ori_2222_621244336_1142851_m107d.jpg

This is why murica! David_Hahn knows. When I was a kid I worked for a company that made strain gauges. One customer said the thing was broken so tossed it out in the snow on its side. It rusted with all the safety devices defeated. They sent some workers out to a pickup truck to bring it out and back into the work area. I was young but I had to xsplain to them, no no no. Rigel said f$%^ that nonsense and quit. Sources are very common. I do not recall what was used but 40 years ago things were different.

So to get a radiotide you only needed to go into a locked cabinet.

Does not answer Deweys question, but jogged my memories as a kid. Ah youth!

Last night I read a blurb on Vortex below is the context it was dated last Saturday. Original B.Ahern-close-oh-so-close
