I am a bit surprised, that something like that can be done unrecognized in secret, if so many people are involved! The US Congress is not asking for example the United States Chamber of Commerce, they ask the US Secretary of Defense to comment on LENR! And it is indeed a good question, is there a possibility to stop armies, that never run out of energy? Or concerning the markets, is it possible to mastered the massive negative monetary effects of collapsing energy markets? What is about the millions of employees, the engineers, technicians, managers, administrative staff, support staff, etc. which are working today in the energy sector, often on some complicated and expensive equipment? Even if the diagram in your link looks like a conspiracy against Andrea Rossi, so the question arises whether this is all a coincidence, or whether it is indeed a coordinated attack and if this is the case, what is the goal of the protagonists? Are they trying to prevent LENR to save their own business, or are they trying to steal the IP to make the business on their own? Definitely it is all very foggy, also concerning this discussion here, that gets a bad aftertaste in the light of such information.

So my suggestion for you, it could be that we deal with a kind of carbon burning https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carbon-burning_process and the 'Rossi Effect' sometimes work and sometimes not, because of the purity of the fuel, if it is TO PURE and does not contain traces of C than there is no 'Rossi Effect' if there is any C in it, it works; and if there is the exact right balance of C and the rest of the fuel we have a self sustain LENR reactor (Maybe Rossi found the formula of this balance). It is just a suggestion and C is already under suspicion to be the secret catalyst, but maybe it is not the catalyst, but the fuel.

With an investment of $US 100,500,000.00 that should be standard and if I would have any doubt, or see trouble I will call on 10 evaluators (for example, the German TÜV) if nessessary!

But more importantly, why should Rossi, if he were an impostor, deliver the evidence of a fraud to an American court by himself? The court will have to check whether this is a fraud, or not, that would be completely insane.

What you have are suspicions. In court only evidence is valid and that's the good thing about this legal case, a US American court will have to determine whether [lexicon]Industrial Heat[/lexicon] broke the license agreement, or not. Therefore the court needs to clarify whether the E-Cat works, or not. So we will soon know and do not useless need to speculate!

My personal view is that if an inventor thinks his work can be useful has the duty to make everything necessary to make it massively produced. Only this way the invention can give all its contribution to Mankind. This means defense of the intellectual property, defense of all the rights, defense against whomever wants to reduce it to a financial speculation. The problem that I see right know is, that we, the LENR Community again are confronted with on the one hand side good news and on the other side very bad news. So my proposal is that we should split the discussion, this mixing up of technical and scientific information and the legal affair on intellectual property of the Ecat leads to nothing.

So I am waiting now for the report that's the most important thing, the other legal issue will be just a small footnote in history, that every big invention has.

Again, to simulate/fake a 1MW Plant for nearly one year you have to buy electricity and this would cost you 876.000 $US in the USA and up to 2 million $US in Europe for example in Germany, or Italy. Of course it could be possible that someone invest so much money in a fake, but in this case it is not plausible, because the investors of [lexicon]Industrial Heat[/lexicon] are not that stupid and are able to count!

We will soon have the test result and then we know the exact COP and we know the energy density of the LENR Fuel and we can easily compare the prices (for example)
