- Did Tesla grasp what it was the CNS and LENR he discovered, or not - this question is far not fully searched.
But now much more Forgetfulness would be to ignore the work of Ivan Stepanovich Filimonenko et al who made in the middle of 20th century the working device!
But not only!
They was also the first ones, who offer to use LENR for to transfer bad radioactive isotopes to much less radioactive, or even not radioactive at all!
Here in LENR Forum the name and work of Ivan Stepanovich Filimonenko et all can not, must not be forgotten.. at least because up to now Russia (namely Yu.L. Ratis et all) ia ahead.
Russians do not want the war, so as Juwes or Americans.. But the hystory is drived not by the wishes of peeple.. Hystory is drived more by complex rialto money speculation, money of such a persons as mr Gates.. Mc Kubre..
