Maestro issued a "press release". For that he invested 99.95$ for the basic account at some service site. I wonder how many newspapers or magazines will actually publish it? Probably as often as his Researchgate paper is cited.

Each time the company has claimed to 'invent' something ('Waste-to-Oil process', 'Thermal Energy Generator,' 'LENR heat reactors', '2500 Lumens/Watt LED', 'Zero Power Input' Power Cell) it has only ever been 'selling' development projects to investors/grant-awarding departments
Products for sale to the public do not figure in the gameplan. The 'company' has been happy to promote a fanbase for later supposed devices to give some confidence to investors that there is really a market for what would otherwise be considered a risky area (Cold Fusion/LENR)
When finally challenged to deliver the goods, Leonardo (LTI/Corp) cobbled together laughable 'Cargo Cult' contraptions. Tests failed (or results faked). It is very telling that the 'inventor' did not then attempt to 'improve' or correct that 'invention' - he just moved on (out of the country, sometimes) and 'invented' something different
At some point the 'inventor' will decide to stop - and there will be the opportunity for one last fake: will it be a 'medical emergency'? a sudden 'disappearance'? a 'sellout' to a multinational?
...or just an accidental measurement (at last!) of the real output of his 'device', showing him he was 'mistaken' in his claim: 'we consider [the output] as 1W'?

This would give more credence to the hydrogen having super phase states, but it's good to have a healthy dose of skepticism on these things.
I have been watching this closely for a weeks now but unfortunately it is trapped in the energy freedom paradox due to the intellectual property rights Dias is claiming.
So even if he is telling the truth with his data, it's distribution and replication is will be impeded by his unwillingness to make the information free.
I do hope he isn't fooling himself or us though, and I also hope I am wrong about it reaching the market.
