If you not actually in the courtroom, you can be as rude to the judge as you like. It's a free country.
I now have a more accurate understanding of your philosophy, which does not surprise me as it is confirmed in almost ever comment you make. Each to his own I suppose, you are right its a free country but with freedom comes responsibility, in particular a responsibility to consider and respect others point of view without being rude, offensive or using ad homs to promote your point of view.
