Coils heat the water and the steam from under the unit to pushed up into the mag-star exiting the small nail holes.. cools and falls back into the lower area to start again ect.

Inside the dis metal is a steam passage in and outs after the sparks..

Same as, If i was building a 3 foot i would just mix in the aluminum steel obsidian with small foam beads and add the 2000* Furnace Cement over the hot glue pathways

3D printer was best but the need for size.....was a no go- hot glue ..

mixing in v23 and gallium ect. was latter on.

The mix was interesting just the way it was..

when I add the cement to the bottom of the unit I just add wet play sand to the bottom of the box-{aluminum wood aluminum" capacitor.. to hold water. put the unit on top of the sand...

after encasing the unit in Grout .. the high voltage may turn the wet sand to sandstone in time.

just like the waffle rock, just charging water to steam in a passage building a thunderstorm or higher up a charged field kid stuff.

Attempts years back I may get one usable unit after building 8 of them, they always closed up after heating.

Seemed getting a calking type gun to put down beads "right" leaving the pathway open and adding the 3 beads of cement on top of the cavity works the best.

Another point after some testing..

It may be that the LENR reaction for steam is longevity i still think its the reaction in the iron rich glass fragments and voltage,

as with human combustion of iron rich well water and high sand content in the body.. it starts as a very localized event.

The mix of aluminum saltwater and heated seashells should get the reaction going if voltage and other metals are with in the target area.

The use of hot glue got me..most of the time it did not cook out,/ it just sunk into the metal and insulated the reaction from the steam, that is why the styrene was better.. I'm betting...."

remember the size of the project 20 years ago' was built on a 3' table, using most of the table for each peace.- all this small stuff is just for showing and light bulb thoughts..
