ISA Fusion - Phoenix Arizona.

  • ISA - Fusion Energy
We've developed a simple approach to harnessing fusion energy, that is capable of generating clean electricity at the source of consumption.

They say "ISA's fusion technology generates hyper-efficient power by creating a stable low-energy fusion reaction in an aqueous solution of water. Ignition occurs following the introduction of a small amount of input power via a special electrode submerged in the water based fuel. The heat from the reaction quickly boils the water inside the reactor, producing steam which can be used to turn a turbine and generate electricity. Exiting steam can then be condensed and recycled for reuse inside the reactor, eliminating waste without emissions."

  • Never heard of them, but in 2021 they were not messing with water.

ISA is an exotic research and development firm focused on the commercialization of emerging renewable energy technologies. Founded in 2016, the company has been developing a new method of generating electricity using magnetism. At ISA, the team executes experiments, documents research, and develops self-charging energy management systems. Hunter states, “We’ve discovered a proprietary way to apply stress to a magnetic field, resulting in electromotive force used to provide additive electricity into an output circuit.” Split Flux™, the company’s flagship technology, is capable of increasing the efficiency of energy storage systems by up to 500%. The cutting-edge technology is currently being custom engineered for use in electric vehicles, data centers, and battery systems.

In other words, they have been looking around at what other people have been claiming - and then claiming to be doing that too.

Some of the stuff in this patent appears to be a Tom Bearden MEG "look-alike".

It also references work by Thane Heins.

Interestingly, the patent was filed by a lone inventor in 2015, granted in 2017, assigned to ISA Industries in 2020, and reassigned back to the inventor in 2022.

  • It seems that back in 2015 there was another company based in New Mexico, called AuroraTek, that was pushing Mr Alek's device.

    See this from TechCrunch

In 2019, the state served them with this Cease and Desist Order.

So, in 2020, they "sold" the invention to Nevada-based startup ISA Industries (in exchange for shares in the venture).

  • Although, by 2022 Arizona state were already after them...

They have been arguing against the latest Cease and Desist Order on the basis that their new "water arc fusion" device is genuine - and that they just need to recruit someone who knows something about physics and fusion in order to prove it to the court.

  • This is the kind of "entrepreneurs" that gives bad name to tech start ups. Speculators looking for a quick buck from the well meant clueless.

I certainly Hope to see LENR helping humans to blossom, and I'm here to help it happen.

  • The patentee of the "Split Flux Transformer", Willam Alek, has uploaded a lot of material to Academia.Edu.

It looks like he has been moving in and around the fringe Free Energy and Anti-Gravity world for a while.

I guess Mr Bjork and his merry band of entrepreneurs decided that they could build a "startup" around William Alek and his patent - and the result was ISA Industries. Since it now looks like William Alek and ISA Industries have parted company, Mr Bjork has had to find something else to peddle.

There is no indication on their website as to who they are now exploiting employing as their "technical/engineering/scientific source".

  • It's a real shame that this kind of schemes (to employ a less slanderous term, but the appropiate one starts and ends with the same letters) exists at all, but is even more painful to see the people that "buys into" it.

I certainly Hope to see LENR helping humans to blossom, and I'm here to help it happen.

  • Looks familiar... 😅

Electrolytic Plasma Reactor Experiment using NiTi 2016 was one of my first goes at this experiment.

It's actually nice to see a renewed interest around aqueous type reactors.

I have been collecting temperature data using analogue thermometers and computer vision to text "CSV" with some initial success.
Hopefully, I will have something to report soon and perhaps a live stream if I can get 8-12 hours of time to myself without family obligations. 😉

    🍻 to our future

  • Thanks Frogfall for laying that one to rest so quickly. Had to laugh when reading that, while ISA was scamming investors, they (ISA) were scammed by another swindler!

If you are implying that Mr Alek was also a swindler, I wouldn't be so quick to jump to that conclusion. He might be quite sincere about his work, and could be as puzzled as many other electrical free energy machine developers as to why he can sometimes see positive results from experiments, but then the effects disappear.

If you peruse his presentations and articles on Academia.edu then it is clear that he has been working in these fringe fields for some time, and most probably all at his own expense. Granted, he might be a bit naive, and have an unrealistic faith in his own abilities as a theoretician, but that doesn't make someone a crook.

If you look though the state legal documents linked in this thread, it seems clear that the misdemeanours are related to financial dealings - which are largely within the purview of the "entrepreneurs" and not the inventor.

  • Actually, Shane D. you could well be right.

It seems AuroraTek was a company run by "Aurora Ellegion Light" and "William Alek" - see them below, with Aurora's partner Michael Ellegion

To see where they are coming from; previously, Aurora and Michael published this book.

How much of AuroraTek's activities were down to delusion and incompetence, and how much was pre-planned fraud, is difficult to say.

So that no one gets confused, Alek and his wife (Aurora Tech owners), were issued an order to cease and desist by the State of New Mexico:

"10. In reality, there was no factory, and the Free Energy Transformer was not in
    4 production.
On August 16, 2019, the New Mexico Securities Division ("New Mexico Division")
filed a Preliminary Order to Cease and Desist and Notice of Right to Hearing against AuroraTek for
    the foregoing fraudulent activity.
    12. On October 2, 2020, the Commission issued a Decision against AuroraTek, Ellegion,
and Alek, finding they: (1) misrepresented their technology was already produced or almost produced
when no such technology actually existed, (2) misrepresented the level of risk associated with
investing in AuroraTek, (3) omitted to investors their stock would later be diluted, and (4) misused
    investor funds on personal expenses"

Not only was Alek's Free Energy Transformer never in production, but on several occasions he admitted it did not work. I have a big heart like you, and like to give the benefit of the doubt to those who think they are onto something, but the evidence unequivocally shows they were scammers. There was no good intent anywhere in this story I could find.

To hammer home that point, they then joined up wih ISA (Bjork) as salaried employees to continue the scam. As with Aurora before, ISA was then caught swindling investors out of their money using a technology that admittedly did not work, this time by the State of Arizona and ordered to cease and desist.

  • According to this Arizona docket, another hearing should have taken place last month (22nd April) - but, looking through the court events calendar, it doesn't appear to have happened. The delay was supposed to be for ISA Industries to present some research data that showed that their water-arc "fusion" device was real. They claimed they needed the extra time to find someone who knew something about fusion to do the work - and the court said OK :P

It seems the court wanted documents to be delivered to them on a zip drive (sic) by the 25th of March. Has anyone actually used a zip drive during the last two decades?
