Shane D. I meant exactly that he can not read people well. You can be a bad person and still unable to do that. The cause of this is irrelevant.

Shane D. BG has an impairment not being able to read people. Multiple trips to Suhas is a good evidence.
Now somebody asks you inog garage full of expensive toys, does this automatically make this creep ba good person?
-
I like what Synteztech is trying to accomplish but also I do remember their sales pitch claiming that intensiver research culminating and they had something.
The moral dilemma is , can I accept somebody lying to me if it is for a good cause? Maybe they should be in the Rossi club for that reason.
-
@Director ignore the majority and wait till.tje remaining few figure something out. Ingorance and loyality payed well if you are a scientists.
Russians are looking a bit outside of rhe box do e to the fact that science does not pay there.
-
Shane D. Shishkin was his name. And what Bob said is when Shishkin runs his cavitation device to generate strange radiation after a while it stops so he has to move the device to the different spot in the room to get it started. I would bring and analogy with the straw slumping slush. You create void, have to move the straw.
That calls for something filling the space around like ether for instance.
Shishkin generated strange radiation. By number of devices which iclude spinng cones.

RobertBryant Zatelepin also looks like stereotypical Russian scientist 'professor'
-
Most interesting guy to listen out of all was Zatelepin. The experiements he does are simple and cerebral.
Earlier this year he did a variant of Reich experiment and also detected field of a spinning body with a torsion scale.
He raised few valid points about correct input power measurement and temperature measurement of the working reactor.
-
RobertBryant he is saying this microcraters are left by solitons everywhere : x-ray film, foil etc.
Slide says that he arrived to 28 MeV estimate by measuring microcrater volume and calculating energy needed to heat water of this volume to boiling point.
-
can he doesn't say anything either about pre treatment of dvds
-
axil thanks for the translation

@Director again, what you are saying is not adding credibility to Rossysays. Also, if I had something with the cop 200 I would be a billionaire.
If it was just one miracle run - throw the entire story away, it is urban myth not the fact.
-
@Director here we are talking about Parkhomov's Rossi replication with COP at best under 4. This is a fact.
Now what he or Rossi did or didn't do as well any third party experiments high COP or no COP are completely irrelevant.
-
@Adrian Ashfield what makes you think this confirms Rossi claims about COP in double digits?
Or you mean something else?
-
If I get Zatelepin slides I will try translate and overlap the audio. He had many good points. Including one on how to properly estimate the power consumption of the reactor assuming there are micro arching inside of it. That caused an objection from Parkhomov.
It was also noted that Japanese only got low excess heat because of using precise calorimetry.
-
The methodology used by Parkhomov to measure total energy output is questionable and it raised questions after his presentation.
What is the margin of error there? Nobody had an estimate.
Parkhomov presentation made me thinking that Rossi indeed had some positive cop like 2-3 but he knew that was never going to sell so he perfected his demo circus skill to get watever cop you want.
Parkhomov and Rossi both have explanation of why they don't want to use calorimetry.

Shane D. According to Gennadiy, his colleague, whose paper was not accepted went to the conf with the purpose to video tape it as he always did. One of the participants, who I never heard before, refused to participate in the round table being videotaped. Why, it is not clear, maybe he is due to hair dresser but most likely he is involved in some for profit research or maybe he is a KGB guy who followed BG there .
I am going tell BG not to bother with self taping himself - just borrow full video form one of the adjacent rooms.
-
Не, никто так как Росси не разведет.
-
Gennadiy Tarassenko they are who they are. Are you surprised?
Bob fixed link to today's audio it works now.
-
That is bad luck of BG. I was wondering why he took down today's audio.
It is a kind of a relief though I was puzzled by how uneventful the Russian conference was - not typical given the overall exited state of them.
