Wow. Probably the best, most published (via numerous papers with collaboration even) experimenter and theorist manages to remain 'obscure' ... that takes special talent on someone's part to ignore that mass of publications and experiments.

For me, the turning point were the BrLP experiments where Mills had gotten the 'reaction dynamics' so high that he easily evaporated Tungsten electrodes ... and did everybody miss the calorimetry tests just a few years back wherein the water in a barrel was brought to a boil, and its cinch simple to measure the input electrical power and KNOWING how much water was 'moved' in temperature, COP is easily measured ... all this, just a couple years back, seems to have been forcefully removed from the 'collective', community memory.

What, precisely, are those conditions?

Mills make NO claims or references to anything like EVOs. Mills has a new theory on the electron, and presents voluminous theory and lab measurements showing that the electron in Hydrogen can be taken to a _lower_ than QM-acknowledged ground state, THAT is where Mills gets his excess energy from.

Still not a primary energy source. The modern day incarnation, and a cross between the 3-card Monte and a 'fan dance' ... isn't this supposed to be a search for replacement of present primary energy sources? esp. those that consume any amount of - carbon - ?

Isn't CH₄ (Methane) in reality just a "Hydrogen transport molecule"? I think I've been under this mistaken impression for quite awhile ...

Consideration for the selection and engineering of the cPV (concentrated Photovoltaic) array; I would not be surprised that the PV supply/engineering folks requested that data (both spectral, and peak amplitude/ intensities over time). You know (or should know) the inter-nuclear forces and forces between molecules even are MUCH stronger than the RF 'field strength' (in V per meter) we apply from outside, external to said molecules ... it is when direct contact with voltage high enough (something over 24 to 48 VDC or AC sometimes even; what matters here usually is overcoming dry skin non-conductivity) that causes heart and lung 'signals' to be interrupted (with over a few mA or milliAmps flowing; I'll not cite an exact figure, those can be found via a search) and possible health complications (electrocution) follow; direct paths through the chest/heart (hand to hand 'path' for instance) being the worst case scenario.

When engineering comm link paths to mobile subscriber equipment, one looks for a 'balanced' link (budget) power-wise, so no need for 10 Watts ERP signal from a base station to a subscriber when the subscriber unit can only do maybe 200 mW (milliWatts) ERP meaning the PA stage in the iPhone could be doing 400 mW (further draining battery) to achieve 200mW ERP b/c the compromise multi-band antenna in the iPhone is 3 dB lossy to start with. The 'path loss' is equal for uplink and downlink (within a dB sans multipath path-link differences considered in wavelength on different frequencies).

Yeah, but that is *not*, I repeat *not* where the RF 'field' (or radiation, used as a verb here) pattern exists (up and down the pole) from the antennas (considering a 3-sectored site), but rather, the antennas have 'lobed' pattern in front of the antenna(s) and point out at the horizon with their RF 'field' pattern. The idea is to provide coverage of an *area* from the the 4G or 5G site to subscribed customers occupying that area, customers who pay a fee to gain access to the radio network (in order to access higher-level services (e.g. web, social, etc).

Very few customers exist directly *below* the cell site; It would make *no* sense point the antennas straight down to 'feed the ivy' ... former RF cell site/coverage designer here BTW ...

Following the loss of this energy, the (3) formation of a trapped photon and the increase in the central positive field, hydrogen forms an intermediate state at the same radius followed by an increase in radial acceleration of the electron structure as it moves closer to the proton ... Force balance (4) is again reached when the collapsed hydrogen atom forms what Mills terms a hydrino state, which is both stable to radiation and cannot absorb or emit radiation OTHER than as it moves between hydrino states. Mills proposes that such hydrino states are the identity of dark matter

Let me ask you, what is the most abundant element in the universe/galaxy/all of known creation? Have you heard of Occam's razor?
