Dr Bill Collis Memorial Workshop, Strasbourg France

By this thread i will start tomorrow the daily report of the Bill Collis memorial workshop which will happen at Strasbourg.

Strasbourg is a town very close to the Germany border where the EU parliament took place.

So to highlight our field i think that was a good idea from Jacques Ruer which is the president of the french LENR association.

About Bill he was the great and enjoyed president of the LENR international association.

Every years he received the LENR communauty at Assisi in the perfect italian heart.. So nice .

Unfortunately he passed away pratically one year ago, so this event should stick well with his mind, passion and happiness.

Now rather than going directly to Strasbourg from the north of France where i live, i done a larger loop up to Germany.

Below some pictures from the famous Cologne's cathedrale for example :

Next i followed the road to the south by the famous "Romantic Rhin road" .

And because the warm summer needed a fresh local stop...

i'm arrived at destination for now, just close to the ... Cathedrale which a visit is scheduled i remember..

Unfortunately, I forgot to book a room... with air conditioning... ... Who said that excess heat being hard to find ?

As for calorimetry, there's no need for sophistication here, it must be 30° at midday in this box under the roof... We all have our miseries...

As I stay close to the Cathedral too you can see that’s a nice main face.

Well I confirm the president is finally well arrived to the registration 😇.

We saw a very great light show this evening at the Cathedral even if it wasn't scheduled by jacques Ruer , who made a really great job, thanks again to him

For myself, i was happy to meet this way face to face Dr Dimitri Alexander who should present his last improvements thursday, i heard.

I heard too Lynn Bowen congratulating Jean Luc Paillet, apparently they would have so many to share but their language barrier was redhibitive especially at Jean Luc side... We can be good in maths but sadly not able to share his thoughts more kindly face to face..

Happy to have improved mine.

OK Celani related once again his work, we heard a speech by David Nagel about the relation between Energy density vs Lenr experiments.

Interesting the last release of team Sczerski members by they lower ion beam energy, reached a nuclear threshold at unexpected low levels.

Below my LENR nuclear reactor R&D i present at the current LENR Workshop at Strasbourg.

Alan Smith asked here all the communauty to help him to do the report as well done in the past rubycarat .

So i proposed myself and started this kinf of kind... and now without asking of another organization started the same without have shared with alan..

It's don't matter ... i have finish my job..

Anyway, when we speak here with most of the guy they mainty have the only ability to spread what they have to sell without any effort to heard the surrounding people .

For example the work of Alexander remains the master piece of the conference to me...Far beyond all other works.. But when i discussed why so many, as Alexandrow's results stick don't well whith they believes,they pass all the time to discredit his bad measurements... Nothing changed since the P&F time ..

Now what is the solid state fusion ? this is an another US one pseudo company (without parts or screw in hand) which want to spread their business by a 90% communication system... Always the dream the ask a computer which will answer all your technical questions.

I asked an US guy very nice sitting just at my right from Arizona, he said me that well was a perfact US B..........
