Quotewhat I proposed one day is to organize a test and have all the critics flow, so one can check the stupid idea and close the question... interactive test is the only solution , not to convince skeptics, but to convince the innocent who are puzzled by skeptic FUD.
Skeptics would reckon they are not clever enough to work out all the loopholes and so on in one sitting. the only way to get rigorous testing is as MFMP (or other scientists) do. You test, document minutely, expose everything to scrutiny, then retest in ways designed to close the holes. Iterate until things are solid. if you really have a COP = 3 it is not that difficult to do this of course.
