I see that you only chose to address a couple of the Fabiani related adventures that you funded but while we have your attention we'd like to know something. Why did you go and buy 10+ condos in Miami with IH money when you could have reinvested in the greatest invention since powdered sugar and changed the planet? Fulvs was the one who wired the system that included the "accidental" inclusion of control reactor "9" as loaded reactor "6". Reactor 9 was in

the array with other loaded reactors and they were all showing the same results - there is no measurement error, it was a measurement trick. The entire thing was staged as part of an attempt to prove whether or not the ecat was working. Rossi's reaction upon getting caught was proof of his ruse. A real researcher in a well-funded prototype development start-up would have stayed and helped get to the bottom of the problem. I should add that TD was the one who fueled the

reactors and was the only one who knew that one was empty.

So Rossi gets $11.5M for the most important technological breakthrough in decades then goes and buys condos, Cadillacs, imaginary heat exchangers, possible vacations to Russia, possible visiting researcher funds to Oops-salla, pinball source code development software at the prestigious and historic University of Bologna and $2 to $3M worth of litigation with the money. He uses the balance for development of the be- all / end-all breakthroughs of the next century all without monetizing the breakthrough of this century. Huh???

RiRi - interestingly, the Chinese have labeled the US mainstream news and academic elite as the "White Left" and their descriptive details are interesting. Rossi, as an confessed liar, skewers your attempted play but it was a good try none-the-less. It is also somewhat problematic that Rossi's "expert" has basically been taken out of the case and Rossisays will be all that his side gets to present for his side of the story. If IH gets an adverse interpretation ruling for the destroyed / missing evidence then Rossi's odds / chances of success quickly go long.

Alan - this was intended as a response to a post from RiRi that has magically disappeared - where did you send RiRi's preceding post?

I recall that Rossi claimed that he refueled the 1MW reactor on the last day of the "test", the day before the disastrous inspection days. He also implied that he sent ash samples to Oops-salla for study and those results were published in Spring of 2016. I think it was physically impossible for Rossi to have refueled the "reactors" in one day without at least a shutdown and that his story was just cover for fuel that was "dead" all along. No matter what, he did share confidential IH property / IP by sending ash samples out for analysis without first obtaining IH approval and thus, violated the agreement.

Perhaps a competent moderator should move this pertinent Lugano / Oops'salla discussion out of the playpen and back to where it belongs.

RiRi - for someone claiming to have civil court experience and a modicum of real estate acumen, you actually don't seem to have a clue about how much of anything works outside of Planet Rossi. There is a 100% chance that none of the jurors will have ever heard of Rossi, the ecat, IH and/or the LENR Forum. A 95% chance that none of them have ever heard of cold fusion and a 100% chance that any attempt to piecemeal Rossilies into a "truth" by the R'ster in front of judge / jury will be destroyed before his very eyes. The long hot summer has begun.
